Mike is a great service tech. Always on time. He had the correct parts and started work immediately. He checked out his repairs and was always ready to explain the work he did. I will request him next time my furnace needs a tune-up.

I called to schedule my annual HVAC tuneup. I had the pleasure to speak with Darla, she was friendly and helpful. I am now a member with no worries for future problems. Many membership options to choose from. A+. I had Zachary do the tune up, very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to see him again in Spring for the AC tuneup.

Our 1 year old furnace decided to stop working for us. After having 2 different hvac companies come and tell us the couldn't find the issue or couldn't do the work, we were referred to Matt and his team at Midwest Heating and Cooling. Service was well priced after having to make 2 trips to ensure our problem was corrected. They were able to discover a bird that was stuck far down in our exhaust pipe. Throughout the process Matt made us feel secure that our problem would be resolved. We definitely will be using Matt and his team for all our heating and cooling concerns moving forward.
