Came for a routine furnace cleaning and fixed all problems that came about for a very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. My husband and I are on 186 acre Girl Scout camp. And our old heating and cooling guy is retiring. We are going to start using them. Thank you for your help.

Furnace went out in the middle of the night called them at 8 in the morning on a Saturday. They were here within an hour diagnosed the problem and gave me options for replacement. They showed up the next day and installed my new furnace and A/C unit while being mindful of personal property. Very detailed when handling the furnace and air conditioner tune up. We also installed air vent and return. They cleaned up any mess created and it was an incredibly smooth process from start to finish. I would Highly recommend Matt & Mitchell for all of your HVAC needs.

These guys are awesome! Our A/C went out the day before Father’s Day and a major heat wave and they came over to check it out, gave us a quote with multiple options and explained all the differences, and we asked a lot of questions but they were happy to answer. We ended up choosing one of the options and they came and installed a new A/C and furnace on Father’s Day. I fully would have understood if they wanted to spend the day with their families, but these guys went above and beyond! Highly recommend working with them.

They are detail oriented and diagnosed a potential problem with a capacitor, offering a few options on what could be done. We lost heat on our 20 year old furnace late last night and after reading some reviews, gave them a call this morning. They showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem. They gave us options, which including keeping the old ‘tank’ running, but we opted for a new one at a reasonable price (especially for on a Sunday). Within a few hours, they had the heat rolling again but with the new furnace. I’m sure they had things they could have been doing with their Sunday, but with 3 young kids, we’re thankful that we gave them a call. They’ll be our first call for HVAC in the future.

Had a bit of an emergency when my heat stopped working the other day during the evening hours. With 3 young children, you can imagine how worried I was. I reached out to several HVAC businesses, and most couldn't have anyone come out that evening OR they gave me a time frame of like 5pm-11pm and it would cost over $200. After calling a handful of these businesses, I finally came across A & B Heating & Cooling and called them. I believe I spoke with Matt, and he was super nice on the phone! He said him and his partner Mitch could be out by 6pm-7pm that evening. They texted me later and said they're on their way and would be at my house around 6pm-6:15pm. After showing up on time, both men were nothing but professional, polite, and just overall helpful. They took their time trying to see what the issue was. They ended up getting my heat working again after about 30-40 minutes, I paid the service fee (which was less than $200 I can assure you), and I was a happy customer. I instantly saved their number in my phone as I know I'll be using these guys again for any furnace or AC maintenance or issues. I truly appreciate the fact they came within the hour of my call to help me and my family. Thanks!
