We had Dave replace our old water heater a couple of months ago after it developed a slow leak. Very quick service and quality work on the install. Yesterday we found the new water heater had a small leak somewhere in it that was causing the moisture alarm to constantly go off. Called Dave again, and within the hour he had warranteed the old water heater and had a new water heater set up for delivery the next morning. He showed up right on time for the install and 45mins later we’re back to having hot water. Waukesha Plumbing is easy to work with, very reasonable pricing and does quality work. I would recommend Dave to anyone thinking about or needing to have any plumbing work done.

Dave from Waukesha plumbing is excellent, needed our water heater replaced that failed over the weekend. He got us set up and got er done basically the next day. Very professional, efficient, and clean work.

Woke up to a leaking water heater on the weekend. Dave was immediately responsive and we concluded that the replacement could wait until Monday to save on distributor costs over the weekend. Dave arrived first thing Monday, installed the new water heater quickly and professionally, and also replaced our hammer arresters. He stuck around to ensure everything was installed properly and without leaks. Throughout our exchanges, he was professional, courteous, and timely in his communication. Had a refrigerator supply line problem and Dave came early the next morning and fixed that and also replaced the main house shutoff valve which was also broken. Huge help, I have hired him in the past and will continue to only call him. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

We contacted Waukesha Plumbing late Wednesday afternoon about a water heater that would not come back on after our basement flooded. Dave fit us into his schedule early the following morning, even though I am sure he was super busy after our record breaking rain. We tried one more time the evening before our appointment to light the pilot light and we were able to get it going. We texted him to cancel the appointment at 9pm and offered to pay him for his inconvenience. He refused to take any money for loading the water heater into his van and the hole in his schedule. We have used his services before this and will continue to do so. He is honest, knows his stuff, and takes pride in delivering a well done job. We highly recommend Dave and Waukesha Plumbing!!

When my water heater completely failed, Dave got back to me within minutes—on a holiday weekend no less! He listened to my concerns and advised what to do to make it through the next several days until he could fix it. He was transparent with pricing and even advised waiting until past the holiday just to save me the extra fees. Beyond that, his fees were considerably less than these larger corp quotes I was being given. He even offered to pick up the unit himself if the supplier could not get it in time. I definitely didn’t expect that.

Truly, I could not recommend him highly enough, and he will be the first dial for any plumbing related needs going forward. Amazing customer service!
