First time customer and will never return!! We had an urgent need for a part to pick up for a mobile repairman and had to get to the store before 5:00 closing . We called ahead in heavy traffic to tell them we might be a few minutes after closing and the woman said “we close at 5.” Luckily we made it before 5 and the woman told me in the store, just to emphasize her point, “why would we change our hours for you? We work long days and at 5:00 we’re done!”
With this poor attitude and lack of customer service we will never return and never recommend them. How hard is it to be empathetic to paying customers in a pinch? If I were the owner I’d be concerned about this attitude (and it’s only Monday). What are they like later in the week??

I just bought my newest and biggest chainsaw today from them. It is a great place to go, very knowledgeable about all their products. They will answer any question you have and if they dont know the awnser they will find out. Lastly they are extremely great and nice people. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you again Olson's!!!!!!!!

Went to Olsons in need of a new zero turn lawn mower with little to no knowledge of what to look for when buying such a machine. Fawn helped me right away, asked me all the necessary questions to help fit me to the right lawn mower and explained the products on a level that I could understand! Happy to give my business to this shop versus a box store. Will be returning for anything further that I need!!

This is actually the place I went to buy a stihl backpack leaf blower. They did not have it in stock but had several on order and offered me the opportunity to reserve one. They not only gave me advice on which one to buy but they went above and beyond and actually called other stores looking to see if they had them available. Who's ever heard of a store contacting the competition for a customer sale? I did buy my zero turn from them as well and actually had a chainsaw chain which they cut the size. I originally posted on the wrong business but wanted to make it right. They are awesome and I will support them always. Besides they got really cool dogs there and who doesn't love dogs LOL

Bought 4 saws now all still run great as if new the latest 2 saws both have jump started me doing my own thing and helping my family out. Needless to say thank all you there you amaze me they do a great deal of service to there customers. Im one of them couldn't be happier .

AMAZING. We took our riding mower in not knowing what was wrong with it (we inherited it with our new home). Service was spectacular. These folks truly know what they're doing. I am very impressed. I only wish they'd extend their weekday hours into the evening so we could've picked it up after work. Other than that...i'll be a life long customer!

First time working with this business, great service, quality products, knowledgeable staff and awesome customer service. I will be going back for all my equipment needs here.

We went in for a new tractor and the ladies were quite helpful, as they always are. The mechanics are family and are awesome and really know their stuff!!! We received a very good deal on the Simplicity we purchased from Olsons and are quite happy with our purchase!!

Great staff and service. I needed a mower belt for my riding mower and they ordered it for me. I tried to install it using the directions in the owner's manual (my bad) and couldn't get it on. Went back to Olson's and thought I had received the wrong size, but was assured it was correct. The lady helping me (I forgot to ask her name..Dawn???) suggested a better way to install it. I got back home and installed it in no time. Works like new, thank you so much. Will recommend Olson's whenever possible!!!

Been going here for 10 years. The service is amazing from the girls in the front to the boys in the back. Family friendly. I trust what they say about my equipment and only fix what's needed. Love to you All.

I've been taking my yard equipment here for maintenance and repairs for 20+ years. Never had any issues with the work and the charges are very fair and reasonable. Everyone there is extremely personable and helpful. Where do you find all this anymore?

Olsons is the best family ran company around! Very knowledgeable staff whether you're dealing with the boys in back or the ladies up front at the counter. Having dealing with them for over 20 years now I can honestly say they do whatever it takes to make you happy and get your equipment up and running again. They're showroom and inventory always stocked up with the best equipment around. Highly recommend this great establishment.

this place is great. had some problems with my riding mower and the mechanic helped me out with some advice and it worked. They also had a part for an old chainsaw that is very hard to find even on line. Another place in my home town would not help at all, and wanted a service charge. That was after I spent thousands in lawn equipment. I guess Olson's just got a new customer when I need parts or new equipment. UPDATE Olson's to the rescue again, I have since moved to Lake Geneva quite the haul but worth going here. I won't go anywhere else even if I have to drive 45 minutes. Some of these negative reviews crack me up, like the guy who forgot he brought his mower in, or the guy who could not get a part without a model#. People have to exercise some common sense.

Went here to check out our new simplicity mower. Very nice store. Associate offered to let us drive the model we were looking at before making a decision. They had favorable financing options and an easy financing process. We were able to pick up our machine same day and were given a very helpful overview of how to use all the features. We are ready to take our lawn game up to the next level thanks to Olson’s !!

Once again, excellent service from Christine and Serena at the front desk, Needed my riding mower for a mid summer tuneup. Serena put me on the wait list...Short wait..Got my call and brought my Gravely riding mower in..Picked it up the next day..Excellent one day service!..What a big difference when cutting my biggest account!..Cut like a new mower.. Great work by Sonny & Neal and the maintenance team.. Excellent customer service!..

Very happy with the service that was done on my 28 year old simplicity lawnmower. Definitely will call them again. I think they need to retrain their staff on the phones though. Customers will be happier if they know what’s going on.

After writing this I received a call and an apology about the mistake of not notifying me about the wait time. They are getting the lawnmower back to me tomorrow. Next time I will definitely ask more questions so this doesn’t happen again. I’m pleased with the outcome.

Never used this business before, I called them to see if they could do a tuneup on my lawnmower. They scheduled a pickup 2 weeks ago but neglected to tell me they were 5-6 weeks out for getting it back to me. I would never have scheduled service with them. Of all the places I’ve used before I’ve never had this happen. And they aren’t very nice on the phone either. Now I’m out 90.00 for pickup and I’ll probably have to find away to get it back sooner. I would never use them again. They need to inform customers of the wait time. Unsatisfactory!!

I recently had some welds break on the frame of my zero turn mower. I stopped in the store to discuss options for repairs. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable. They ordered the part, and the completed the repair work in the same week. Would definitely reccommend their services!

Olson’s Outdoor Power is awesome! My husband dropped off our bobcat zero turn with a Kawasaki engine. The engine was not running right and he could not figure out what was wrong with it. Olson fixed it in a timely manner!! They have a pick up and drop off service that is extremely efficient. They are reasonable especially when working on commercial equipment. The staff was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I can see why they are a great resource for lawn care, tuneup and tool needs.

Olson's did a general tune-up (plugs, oil, filters, check belts, etc.) on my zero turn rider. Less than a month later the belt broke, while my wife was cutting grass in the front yard. Upon inspection, the belt was frayed (inside of the belt coming out) in 6 more, separate and different places. Having worked in maintenance for over 30 years, I can tell you that it would have been standard policy to replace a belt like that in every place I've worked. Olson's service told me that snapped belts are usually from "overloading it by mulching" and the "blemishes" on the belt were cosmetic. Fraying is NOT a blemishe and the grass being cut, when it broke, while a little longer than normal, nothing it hasn't cut many times in the past without a problem. Ridiculous excuse. Very disappointed in their response, I expected more from this place.
