I made an appointment to have carpet stretched (rippled in the middle) a service they said they perform, and cleaned,they even called day before to verify appointment( they said everything must be removed from room) so after removing all and scheduled new furniture delivery, they called day of and said couldn't do carpet stretch, didn't have a tool! 😦

I have used this cleaner each year to get my carpets back in shape. They are truly amazing!! Easy to work with, respectful and do a wonderful job! My carpets look great for a long time after!

I have been using Viking for a number of years at my various properties. They always do a good job and tenants/homeowners always complement that they did a significantly better job than previous companies. Highly recommend.

Upon completion, the carpet was cleaner and the operator, Jake, personable. However, we were told they vacuum up the water and carpet would be dry by late afternoon and positively overnight . Over 48 hours of intermittently fan (open windows) and dehumidifier overnight, still wet.

Josh did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. He listened to my concerns and went right to work. Very personable and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

We own 4 rental units in Pewaukee. We have relied on Rick and his associates for almost 20 years. Twice they have responded to emergencies ( flooded basements). They do a professional job. They are reliable. They are polite and friendly. We highly recommend their work.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing special cleaning services. On time, professional and the best price around. Keri at the office is on top of it all, never leaving any questions unanswered and always very nice to work with. The crew is fantastic, minus the noise of the cleaning machines, I would have no idea they were even here, beyond courteous for operating businesses during cleaning. I work at a banquet hall that gets a lot of traffic and when they are all said and done, it all looks brand new again. Make sure to add the restroom cleaning service-you wont be disappointed and that floor grout will be white again!!

Decided on using this company because they offer the choice to use AFM Safe Choice products, which are non-toxic and very important to me as a chemically-sensitive person. I was super impressed with owner, Rick's knowledge, friendliness and how accommodating he was. Not only does the carpet look great (at a cost much cheaper than we've paid with other companies in the past) but I feel great knowing the job was done without harsh chemicals. Will refer friends and family for sure!

One of the coolest things about living in Wisconsin it finding honest, quality, hardworking people who know their craft. Preferred Cleaning Service is just that. After the lame price gouging of Stanley Steamer, we thought we would try our luck with this small business. Mark, the owner, came by and delivered exactly what was promised. He was upfront about what they do and what they don't and even referred us to some other businesses that can help with our wool Asian rugs. Mark knows the meaning of customer service and lives their tagline, "Big enough to serve, small enough to care." A+. Look no further.

Rick and John (I believe was his name) did a wonderful job with our carpets! Not only were they incredibly friendly, but incredibly thorough as well — continuously checking in with one another regarding each room.
