Nick L. Was an excellent service technician..I had alot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them.

Nick was our service technician. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and completed the maintenance check in a thorough and prompt manner. But he didn’t bring us lunch🤣😂 JK. We are very pleased with 1st Choice for our furnace and AC needs. We have always had good, reliable service.

I have used First Choice Heating And Cooling for many years, and Justin is truly A professional. He is respectful, prompt, thorough, and honest.

1st Choice was amazing during our furnace issue from start to finish.

We noticed the temperature in the house was 2 degrees cooler than it should have been, and saw the error on the thermostat. It was late (after 6pm) on a Thursday, and within 30 minutes of my call, Tim was here. Tim was great. After a fairly quick investigation, he said "these are the conversations we don't like to have". Our Carrier furnace from 2011 had failed due to a common known issue in the industry. Tim said he could get an advisor here the same night to go over options.

Brandon was here within 30 minutes of Tim leaving, he did some data collection on our set up and then asked what we were interested in. The fix for the furnace was almost the same price as a new furnace. So we selected a new furnace. Brandon respected our choices while advising us, which we appreciated.

The next morning, before 9am, we got a call from the office letting us know we'd get the furnace installed in the afternoon. This is the day we got around 5 inches of snow in late March as well, so our house was getting cold. Everyone we talked to at this point offered to supply us with space heaters too.

Keith and Mitch showed up around 1-2pm on a Friday. They stayed until 7pm to make sure our home had heat. They were open and willing to answer any questions we had. They had to redo our intake and exhaust piping to be to code. Again, they were awesome, walked us through the new thermostat late on a Friday like they were here during normal working hours.

I know temperatures are an inexact science with thermostats, but our old system was usually set at 70 during the day and 68 at night. 68 felt cold in the morning. Sometimes 70 was cold during points while watching tv at night. With this new system, we had it set at 67 and were hot, and we bumped it down to 66 now, and are loving being comfortable again.

The point is, we got a new furnace and it feels like we got a new, better furnace, which is what I want when I make a big purchase.

We appreciate all of the people who helped us from 1st Choice.

Having recently needing an air-conditioning unit, Boiler, and mini split Justin came out and did a good job of trouble shooting and explaining our options. They were able to come out the next week Rob and Chris installed all three units. They were professional did a great job. Definitely will recommend 1st Choice Heating and Cooling

Tim does a great job of explaining the problem and what the best course of action is. We enjoy working with him very much.

Guy that came was great. Very knowledgeable and was happy to show me and explain everything he was doing. Resolved my problem and gave my good guidance going forward.

Anthony Deregowski was very professional & nice. He explained everything very clearly & thoroughly so that we could make informed decisions about our boiler.

Tim was amazing. He made sure to share his findings, including pictures, and explaining the readings in the pictures and what they meant. He made it easy for me to understand what happened to the air conditioner. Plus, when reviewing the repair options he took the initiative to suggest having a rep come out to quote a new unit since cost of repairs were almost the amount of a new unit. He wanted us to know all our options before making a decision. Perfect service.

Nick did a great job of explaining everything he completed, he was very thorough . I especially appreciated his friendliness with our dogs. He took the time to say hello to them. Overall I highly recommend this company.

Justin was awesome today when he came out to do a tune up on our AC unit. He was out here before for a furnace call a while back, and remembered what he did and he followed up and asked me how it’s doing. He was very friendly and efficient and we will be requesting him specifically when we need service again. Thank you guys for being so great!

Anthony was punctual and knowledgeable about our system. We’ve been working with First Choice for many years and we are never disappointed!

Scheduling was so fast and easy! Anthony came to the house and helped us evaluate the situation, then Dan came out to talk us through our options and lastly Keith and Tom came to install a whole new system. We found out we needed a new system on a Tuesday and it was all done by Friday afternoon. It was such a smooth process! Keith and Tom took the time to talk me through what was going to happen throughout the install and then walked me through everything at the end.

I love First Choice! They are so reliable and are super informative when explaining things to customers like myself. Anthony Derengowski came to do a routine ac checkup and was very professional and even gave pointers to find an affordable filter. Just another great experience I’ve had with First Choice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY HVAC NEEDS!!!

Tim handled our HVAC maintenance and did an excellent job. He was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was checking and why. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.
