Jake and his team (Adam and Antonio) did an incredible job. Jake was not the first electrician to come to our home to provide an estimate on an extensive scope of work, but he was the most thorough and professional and the best value, so booking with him was a no-brainer. He and his team were able to exceed expectations on outlet locations and additions that I didn't think were possible- he made it so we can lay out our rooms the way we want to... and when others said it probably wasn't possible or would be incredibly cost-prohibitive. When we added to the scope of work the day of, Jake had the flexibility with his crew to bring someone else in so they could complete the quoted work as well as the additional work I asked for all in one day.

It's VERY rare to find a company that is the most skilled and the best value who follows through on everything they promise and then some. My search for a go-to electrician is now complete.

Arrived promptly, right on time, and was able to diagnose our issue (which was a bit of a mystery) as well as provide some quotes for some work we’ve been considering doing. All done within an hour or so! Awesome work and is officially in the books as “our electrician”.

We had an issue with the electricity to our sump pump and water softener on a Friday at 4:30. Antonio responded promptly and stayed until the problem was resolved. He was professional and gave further advice to fix the problem so we would no longer have issues.

Jake and his team (Adam and Antonio) are the best: professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and they even clean- up after themselves! They took on many unique electrical issues in our recently purchased 1960’s Brookfield house, including outdated wiring and devices. They worked in the attic and the basement, inside the house and outside, all with wonderful result. They were easy to schedule, on-time, and always in communication. These guys are terrific!

I called On Demand Electric after finding questionable electric work in my condo while replacing a light fixture. Jake was able to arrive in short order, correct the shoddy wiring & install my new vanity light for me. All staff were very informed and courteous. Arrived on time and completed work efficiently (and even cleaned up perfectly after work was done). Couldn’t have done the job any better.
