When your furnace needs to be replaced in the middle of winter, one would expect to pay a lot. Gregg answered the phone on the first ring and quoted a new furnace that was only slightly more than what I had paid 23 years ago for the old one!
The crew worked fast and the house only lost 8 degrees in the time it took to put it in.

Fantastic service! Both our A/C unit and furnace have been replaced with great customer service. Very clean and neat. Options given and explained in various price ranges. Punctual with arrival times. Highly recommended. A+ all the way.

I have used Gregg Heating on three separate occasions, and each time they’ve gone way above and beyond for me and my family. Most recently, our furnace died overnight and we woke up freezing as it had just snowed 4”. I called Kyle on his cell phone...and he answered...while on vacation...in a tree.

He walked me through troubleshooting the issue, had his office order the part for me, then called me back to see how it turned out. He did all of this while deer hunting, on his own personal time. (Not surprisingly, the furnace fired up and sounded better than ever! )

Not only are Kyle and his people great at what they do professionally...they go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. And they do it with a smile on their face.

Best service technicians and customer support, often able to get same day service. Today our air conditioning went out, called Gregg Heating, Kyle came right out found our problem replaced wire and we are cooling 😎.

Fantastic service; came out and properly diagnosed my problem and they moved things around to install a new furnace first thing on monday morning. I even priced checked them and they were much lower and provided great quality service...they will be my heating and AC company for life.

We’re positively impressed with the recent service we received from Gregg Heating & AC, and with that experience in its entirety. Every aspect of the project, from our seeking an estimate from them to completion of the specific job was handled with genuine courtesy and professionalism. No outside party nor subcontractor was involved.

Promptly following the initial appointment for an estimate an accurate description of what was proposed in person was emailed to me as promised. My reply and agreement to go ahead was soon responded to with a friendly phone call from the scheduler offering to set up a date for the desired installation appointment.

On the morning of the appointment date I was greeted with yet another friendly call from the scheduler informing me of those who were on their way, and who did indeed arrive on time and as expected. The labor was performed with expert care and attention to the details, which included their draping of the carpeting leading to the work area and a thorough cleanup (such as vacuuming and removal of all extraneous materials) once the job was complete.

The actual price was as quoted, though could certainly have been adjusted upward as due to an unforeseen obstacle that revealed itself once the work began. Alternatively I was offered the opportunity to leave a specific and honest review, which I was happy to accept. Payment by credit card was pleasantly accepted, and a hard copy receipt on company letterhead was provided for my record. Hired allot of people to do many things for me over the years, but I'd be hard pressed to think of any that match the quality service and workmanship I received from Gregg heating and air. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. They were always on time, and in communication in the process.

After a few quotes for new AC install, selected Gregg. Appreciated that it is a smaller company, Kyle the owner comes to do the quoting. He is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and helped troubleshoot a few other minor issues unrelated to our AC install. Also always on time & responsive.

The hottest day of the year and the AC froze up. It was old and replacement was what we were looking at. I thought it would be about a week before we could have it installed. Greggs had a new unit installed the same day! Awesome service and super friendly detailed guys. They are definately gonna be our go to from now on.

Kyle and his team replaced my aging furnace and AC. Kept in contact for scheduling and any updates. Did a great job on the install, taking extra care putting down runners and plastic as not to damage or dirty my floors as they came in an out. They were in and out in a half day. Walked me though the unit, answered any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Last summer we were looking for quotes on an AC unit. Kyle the owner came out and presented us with a competitive price. He was very personal and professional. On Friday the 13th of 2019 our furnace wasn't working. We watch our granddaughters on Friday and needed heat. Sarah said they would be available later in the day. I questioned if they could do any better. She replied that Kyle, the owner, would be in approximately 10 minutes later and she said she would call back. Less than 6 min later, we had a technition on the way. The tech Nolan was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend Gregg heating.

Best home contractor I've worked with in years. On-time, on-budget with great service. They did two full days of work replacing two furnaces and an AC unit. Didn't realize one of the guys was the new owner until job was done. In a world full of dishonest scammers trying to make an extra buck, these guys really restore your faith in the good guys. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I have had a maintenance contract with Gregg Heating for several years. They are the most awesome guys ever! They take care of my furnace and a.c. as if it was their own. Today I had to have my a.c. replaced, great workmanship, polite, cleaned up very well, and friendly. I recommend this company as the best there is.

We have used Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning twice now. I used them and I recommended them to my parents. I was very impressed with the company and it's hard to impress my father and he couldn't say enough good things. They are efficient and on time. They are very cautious not to track anything in the house and I think left the house cleaner then when they came after they cleaned up. They answer all your questions with up front answers and don't try to oversell you with the highest best model. They made my father very happy with some of the extra little things they did for him such as taping up the model number of the furnace so it's easy to find and recommended hard wiring in the thermostat for him so he doesn't have to worry about battery replacement. Great company and will continue to recommend.
