We just had Gregg Heating replace our 25 year old Rheem furnace and AC. After all those years of trouble-free service, we were only interested in Rheem products. Kyle was the third company we had come in to quote our needs. His presentation was the reason we had his company do the installation. He smoothly presented all of the product information, yet never tried to "up sell" our purchase. The day of our installation, he arrived on time, laid down carpet protection, repaired some ductwork, made the installation, and cleaned up. We are very pleased with Gregg Heating, and we will do it again in 25 years.

We called and a professional came to our home and inspected our old furnace. We were given a full explanation of the condition and potential for problems with a detailed quote to help us decide to replace or repair our old unit. Upon deciding to replace, we were given a firm detailed price and installation date. Our old humidifier and air purifier were also replaced. We are very pleased with the installation and performance of our new system. We look forward to the dependable service Gregg Heating offers. Their 24/7 maintenance and support plan keeps us comfortable all year.

Kyle responded promptly when we had trouble with our aging unit and after getting us up and running temporarily, gave us a fair and competitive written estimate that led us to have them install a new furnace and AC unit. A scheduler called us within a day to set up an appointment and again the day before as a reminder. Kyle and Nolan arrived on time and worked diligently and neatly (rainy day so they used protective runners on our flooring). Kyle educated us upon completion of the job and both were pleasant and professional. We rate them A-1 for quality and service.

We were extremely pleased with our recent experience using Gregg’s Heating And Air-Conditioning. Our air went out on a VERY hot summer’s day and as our senior dog just had major surgery we were very concerned for her wellbeing in the heat. My husband called and due to a cancellation they were able to come out within a 1/2 hour. They found the problem and were able to put in a new unit 2 days later! They were professional, hardworking, honest and even put down a runner to protect the floor! We would highly recommend Gregg’s Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in need of service. Thanks for your great service....we slept great last night in our COOL house!!!

I have to update this review, now that Gregg Heating also installed our new A/C unit. Just like the furnace installation, the job was done right, on time, and they took care to address a little issue that came up when a company is replacing a 20+-year-old air conditioner. We got great advice during the consultation, including options that fit our budget. Five stars, once again!

I wanted to replace my 20 year old Rheem furnace before winter, and went with Gregg for two reasons: One, they are a Rheem "ProPartner" company, so they have the experience with that brand that I was expecting. As for reason number two, the previous reviews listed here gave Gregg Heating the edge. As for the work, swapping out the old for the new was a bit easier because in my case the Rheem fittings lined up well with the previous model. The installers also helped improve our return air, increasing the flow via larger duct work where the return connections meet up with the furnace. The installers kept the place clean, they were on time, they answered my questions, and were out the door in less than a day. There was no hard sell, no upsell, just good service. The installer tested everything before leaving, and I'm looking forward to years of heat without worry.

Gregg Heating and A/C is awesome! Their service is excellent, and they give really straight answers to questions about equipment, repairs, service, everything. They are people you don't mind having in your home, and they have always done everything they said they would. Zero problems with scheduling too. In the past 15 years I have purchased two furnaces and one a/c unit, and have had them out for many scheduled service check-ups. I am generally very cheap - and I find their service to be a great value. Highly recommend!

Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job of installing our new air conditioner. The owner answered all questions we had prior to purchase and came out with a sample base pad to make sure that if we ordered the air conditioner it would fit properly. Their work was very professional. They also provided little extras like putting dirt I supplied around the base of the air conditioner. They helped us with learning how to operate our new thermostat. We also used them to install a furnace a few years ago and are very pleased with the furnace and their ongoing maintenance services. We highly recommend Gregg for their excellent work.

We replaced our baseboard electric heat with a forced air furnace. The technicians we're very helpful throughout the entire process keeping us well informed. They showed up promptly each day and gave us updates in the days progress, even walked me through the new thermostat. The price was right on board with the estimate and no surprise additional costs even our home provided some unique challenges. They kept on track with budget and schedule and gave us tips on how to maximize our new units efficiency. I would definitely recommend their services.

Gregg Heating is OUTSTANDING. They replaced two furnaces & two air-conditioning systems into one furnace and one air system- replaced old duct work into a larger system with custom fabrication. Prompt, professional and left my home spotless. Highly recommend.

My furnace and AC unit were pretty old. The furnace finally went last week. My dad had a furnace installed by them previously and had a great experience. He sent me their contact and after giving them a call, I can say the same. Very pleased with the entire experience. Staff were all friendly and did a great job. The next day everything was finished and life was back to normal.

I cannot recommend Gregg Heating & AC enough. I called them when our furnace went out based on a recommendation from a FB friend and they were here the next day fixing our unit with a part they had on hand. Kyle let us know that our furnace was on its last leg and the part was a temporary fix that might buy us a few months. We called a few other companies to come out for quotes to replace the unit and all techs told us the same thing - that the furnace would likely die soon. We ultimately called back Kyle & team to replace our unit since they seemed the most trustworthy and they applied the cost of the part and labor from the temporary fix toward our new unit cost. They also rerouted some PVC piping in our basement to make the furnace run more efficiently.

There is a noticeable difference in our house - the heat works so much better across rooms that used to be the coldest. We will always use Gregg Heating & Cooling moving forward!

I hired Gregg's heating and A/C to put in a whole new central air unit, including condenser. Our home has a boiler system, and hot water heat, so the unit had to go in the attic. They quoted me a very good price for a very good unit, and on top of that my unit had a very very good warranty/ above and beyond other warranties. Gregg brought his crew along, and they worked here for 2 days, taking out the old unit and getting the new one in. They were very professional and very personable. They took a lot of care while in my home, putting plastic down on the stairs, and carpet over the wood flooring, as not to damage anything. They got everything done the 2nd day, and did a great job cleaning up. I am so happy I hired this company, and will recommend them to everyone. I asked Gregg if he would also be my heating guy now too. So, i am all set, summer/winter. gail hunter

Kyle and his team are TOP NOTCH. Communication was excellent across the board. Easy to get ahold of on the phone and his receptionist, Jessica, was wonderful. I felt Kyle was extremely honest and forthcoming about the whole process of a new AC unit install. Kyle was on the job for the install himself along with his electrician. Everything is permitted and licensed, so no need to worry there. Very professional, yet easy to get along with. Felt extremely comfortable having this company in my home and will 100% be recommending to anyone that needs help with heating and cooling work. You can tell Kyle truly cares about his work and his clients.

I would highly recommend Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning!! When our original service provider left us high and dry on a Friday night until Monday, Kyle showed up on a Saturday to help troubleshoot our AC problem. He had it fixed and running within 20 minutes. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning in the future for any of our AC or furnace needs.

Gregg heating and air conditioning is the best. A year and a half ago they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. We could not be more happy with the unit they sold us. Recently the dehumidifier was not working and Kyle had to order us a new one. When the unit came in he came out to install the new unit at 6:00pm that same night. They are great at going over everything and explaining everything. They are clean, respectful, friendly and helpful. We have recommended them to anyone we know that needs HVAC help. I would not hesitate one minute to recommend Greg’s heating! Greg’s heating installed a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. Kyle (the owner) was on the job installing the equipment .We had many companies come out and give us estimates, Kyle did not try to sell or push anything we didn’t need or want, he went through all of our options.There was no pressure tactics, just honest and trustworthy at a fair price . The job was completed on the day they said, was very clean and went through everything after it was installed. I would strongly recommend this company.

Kyle and his team are the best. Our furnace crashed over the weekend, and Kyle was very gracious about helping us that very day. Knowing we have small children, he rearranged his schedule so that we would have working heating as quickly as possible. He diagnosed other problems that were causing known inefficiencies in our heating and fixed those as well. Also, because the original problem had to do with an clogged outflow tract, he custom made a second back-up outflow track to prevent the same problem in the future (see photo). Ingenious! And as you can see, they do clean, meticulous work. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

Gregg Heating provided the best value for our new air conditioning unit. Their pricing was unmatched compared to the other quotes we received. They arrived punctually and completed the job efficiently and neatly. We ditched the red vans and are now using them for our annual maintenance as well. Shop around folks!

Just wanted to thank Kyle and his team. Our furnace died last week after over 30 years. We woke up to temps in the low 30’s and the furnace would not kick in. We called 5 different heating companies and Greggs was the only one willing to fit us in and come out. They took the time to replaced the furnace even though it was past their normal business hours.
They were very polite and took the time to show and explain everything to my husband and me.
I really appreciate Kyle for squeezing us in as their schedule was booked solid for the next couple of days but with temps in the 30’s he didn’t want us to wait.
Our next project is replacing our air conditioner (also over 30 years old) and we will definitely be scheduling an appointment with Kyle next spring.

Gregg’s Heating is truly the best company to use and work with. Super friendly, honest, and committed to doing the job right. They handle our AC and furnace and have been out for other tasks when needed and have been absolutely great every time!
