Security System Installation reviews in New Berlin, Wisconsin

I’m leaving a one-star review not based on the service itself, but due to a serious concern about safety. This morning around 5:40AM, while traveling southbound on highway 43, one of your company’s drivers was operating the vehicle in a reckless and aggressive manner.
This kind of behavior is alarming and reflects poorly on the company as a whole. If this is the level of professionalism displayed on the road, it raises concerns about the quality and safety of the services provided. I strongly urge you to address this issue and ensure your drivers uphold higher standards.

Complex securities is a wonderful team of wonderful people who get the job done. Thank you very much Ryan

Knowledgeable and friendly sales team. Great follow up and customer service. Would use Complex again and again.

Complex has been excellent to work with. They are organized, professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.

Complex has been a great partner helping us create a safe environment for our faculty and students.

Complex security did a great job installing NVR's and security cameras at our company.

Props to Hamido, Drew, and Charles for prompt and excellent product knowledge and customer service!

I had a great experience working with Complex Security! I look forward to recommending them to others for both their great work and great employees!

Complex provides a quality product with unbeatable customer service. No matter the day or time, they are there to help you if any issues arise.

We had Complex Security out to add some security cameras, card access at our commercial facility and some other electrical work-- They were extremely helpful and efficient. Security is very important to us and we could not have selected a better partner for our security needs. They also went above and beyond with suggestions at a great value. They were on time, and completed the work in a very professional manner - I would highly recommend them for work you may have.

We have had nothing but great service with Complex Security Solutions! Today, their system aided our local police to catch a human trafficker. The police IT department said we have a great system and it's easy to use. I would highly recommend Complex Security Solutions - it keeps our Church and School safe, AND helps keep our community safe!

As a parent, having peace of mind about my child's safety at school is priceless. Thanks to Complex, I know the school is equipped with top-notch security cameras that help keep an eye on everything. The quality of the cameras is amazing, and the school administration has said how reliable the system is. Knowing there’s an extra layer of security gives me so much comfort. Highly recommend Complex Security Solutions to any school or facility that takes safety seriously!

Highly recommend! Hamido and his team did an amazing job installing the latest and greatest camera and card access system for our business. Complex is a one-stop shop and took care of everything. Extremely knowledgeable and attention to detail. After installation, customer service was top notch. Will be using them again in the future for all our security and electrical needs. Thank you!

I’m Steve Christensen, property chair at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Beloit, Wis. This outfit is awesome! They come early, stay late and do what they contract for and always a bit more at a very good price (25% less than the other two competitors). Max initially assessed our premises 3 years ago, Nick & Maddie came to make the final assessment, installers, Brad & Jacob came and ran their lines and installed the cameras and Alex walked us through the computer monitoring protocol. I was very impressed with everyone’s people skills, knowledge and expertise-job very well done!
We are very happy with the cameras and the option to expand the system
Thanks,
Steve
