I had a new fiberglass inground salt water pool installed with multiple deck jets and waterfall features and during the process I decided to add on a spa feature. Because I added on the spa feature after the fact, this created delays during a time where there were already supply chain and labor issues going on nationwide. This company went above and beyond, and out of their way to accommodate me during every step and keep me happy so I could use my pool during the construction process and wait time. The team at Penguin Pools did an amazing job with our pool. From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Matt the owner did the initial consultation and he was great to work with and very honest. During construction Chris our project manager was amazing and I still sometimes contact him with questions. Finally Dave the foreman on the job site and his crew were professional and their craftsmanship and attention to detail is what sets them apart.
