My central air went out in the hot, humid heat of summer, and I was bracing myself for the worst—both in cost and experience. But from the moment I called Hometown Heating and Cooling, I knew I was in good hands. Rusty and Ryan were prompt, professional, and most importantly—honest.
What really stood out was their integrity and transparency. They clearly walked me through the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing, with no pressure either way. They laid out every cost up front, explained the reasoning behind each option, and gave me the space to make the best decision for my home and budget. That kind of straightforward, trustworthy service is rare these days—and incredibly refreshing.
The techs were courteous, efficient, and took the time to answer all my questions. I never once felt rushed or upsold. In the end, I felt confident in the decision I made, and the work was done perfectly.
