Erspamer is an excellent company to work with. They have competitive pricing and all the plumbers that I have had to my house for many years have been very pleasant and high quality plumbers!

I hired Erspamer for a few of my projects around my house including my addition the guys were very kind did a great job. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed any plumbing. Great company!

The last time Erspamer Plumbing was here, they removed my water softener, per the requirements in Waukesha. I have used their services other times in the past, and they have always come as soon as they could (I have had a couple of emergencies). They are always very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Their work is excellent.

In the past, Charley provided excellent service. He is retiring but is teaching newer plumbers “the tricks of the trade”. I expect the service will continue to be excellent.

I called Erspamer after I was told the dishwasher delivered could not be installed because of a seized up shut off valve. I called and Nate showed up 90 minutes later.
He quickly installed the new shutoff valve, and offered to install the dishwasher. Great offer, because there was no guarantee when the retailer would be back for the install. Fast and quality service

Bill was able to fix our clogged pipe the same day that I called Erspamer to make an appointment. Bill was very friendly and professional. He fixed the clog that was affecting both our bathroom sink and bathtub. Highly recommend this company...

This company is wonderful! My water heater went down at 8am on a friday and by noon they were at my house with the new one! I also had extensive work on my older home to replace a lot of old pipes and they did an excellent job at a great price, they have been clear and professional!

This place is the real deal! It was very hard to find a company to install a grease trap. My plumber (Kelly James) recommended Erspamer and they could not have done a better job!
The communication from the start was spot on. Scheduler was legit as hell, Chase is the man though!
If anyone is mandated (City of Pewaukee) I would 1000% use Ers and ask for Chase to install!!!

They always return calls, kept me informed on the timeline when they are showing up & addressed the issue I had. In a quiet and cleanly manner. (Which was replacing a 50 gal gas water heater). Very competitively priced and showed me some minor stuff that I need to keep maintenance up on to avoid costly repairs. My go-to plumbing company from now on!

I had a great experience using Erspamer to install my tankless water heater today.
Last week the owner Steve came out to look at the project explain how the install would take place and provided a cost effective price.
Today employees Colin and Shawn arrived as scheduled and removed my old electric water heater and installed my natural gas tankless water heater.
Colin and Shawn worked very well together, they were very neat and organized, and did an amazing job. Colin and Shawn are great assets to their company. Very happy!

Very responsive and their rates are fair! The first time we needed them involved the sewage lift in the basement (NOT pretty). They came right away, did a great job and the price was reasonable. If you’re lucky, you won’t need a plumber often, but knowing the right one to call gives you peace of mind!

Called Erspamer Plumbing as our water pressure was down to about 20%. As busy as they were, Danny came out the next day to evaluate the situation, give us an approximate quote and then pulled our pump and replaced it a few days later. We also needed to have our pressure tank replaced and that will be done next week. It's been a really house-expensive summer but when you need water guess we'll have to deal with it. I have never seen harder working men in my whole life! And - I have to say - they were very nice and (very) easy on my 'old' eyes! I was very pleased with Erspamer Plumbing in all respects and would highly recommend them!

Erspamer Plumbing was fantastic to work with! We came back from a vacation and found our water heater broken. Erspamer came to the rescue within a few hours of us calling them and making the appointment. The office manager was so kind and helpful on the phone. The technician, Colin, was professional, responsive, and efficient while at our house. The replacement was so much more reasonably priced, half the cost, of another company we inquired with and just better service overall. When we need future work done, we will definitely be going with Erspamer.

So we have now hired Erspamer Plumbing, Inc. twice now - both times this year in 2025, since our home is over 25 years old and we had some plumbing issues pop up and it was time to bring in the Pros at Erspamer!!! They did a great job both times and were fast, efficient, friendly and clean! You cannot do anything wrong by hiring these guys and their awesome plumbers!!! Bravo! Jolly Good Show!!! Very satisfied with the service we received. We got an appointment very quickly and our plumber was excellent. He knew exactly what the issues were and advised us on our options before we decided on the "repair vs replace" question. No pressure exerted on us at all to go one way or the other. He fielded our questions about fixtures and even how to clean ones that were in fine working order, just a little stained.

I recommend them highly.
