Flooring reviews in Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Everything was A+ with my experience! Salesman was nice and not pushy . They explained everything. Abby in the office was so nice and helpful. Paul the installer did an excellent job !! He was sooo nice too! Recommend them completely! They even had a cute bouquet of flowers sent to me !

My wife and I could not be more pleased that we chose Floor Coverings International to refloor our entire house. The sales rep Dave actually listened to our concerns. Then those thoughts were transferred to the installers. Glenn and his associate Art are two of the finest craftsmen I have seen in quite a while. Attention to detail was exemplary. Every little detail done perfectly. FCI stayed in close communication during the entire process which was nice. They even sent my wife flowers after job was all done. To close I would recommend Floor Coverings to any one I know. Great Job.

I’m so happy with the new floors from Floor Coverings International! Dave & his team were professional, friendly, and did an amazing job from start to finish. They helped me pick the right colors, kept everything on schedule, and the installation looks flawless. The floors totally transformed my space. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and great service!

We had three rooms done by FCI. Carpet in the family room looks great . We also had two bedrooms with hardwood floors refinished that look fantastic. This our second time working with FCI and will continue with them

Great service and quality craftsmanship. From the quoting and product selection with Ally to the wonderful work done by Glenn and his team. We felt very certain that we made the right choice. Will definitely return for our upstairs to be done.

Dave and his team were super. We had no idea what to do with flooring on the first floor of our home. We wanted to go outside our box and Dave was terrific! The timeline was spot on, the installer was easy to have in our home, very attentive to detail. It looks great and floor coverings international will be our first call for our next flooring project!

Floor Coverings International was a delight to work with. From the convenience of having carpet samples brought into my home to the speedy and professional installation of the carpeting, I must say I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This is an honest and exceptional company. The initial sales rep, Ally, was artistic and professional. The installers, Art and Glen, were perfectionists and personable. Every aspect of this project was positive, rare when doing construction or remodeling. Dave, the owner, walked through today and I only could say great things about his employees and the completed project!

We can’t say enough great things about this company. Dave responded promptly, did a thorough inspection of our problem, gave us a fair and reasonable quote, and followed up diligently throughout our installation process. Likewise, Abbey, their scheduler, made sure that she understood what we wanted done, and worked patiently with our schedule. Lastly, their installers were terrific. A special thanks to Gamma and his crew, who arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves like professionals. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Dave went out of his way to come to my home on a busy weekend right after the flooding in Muskego. He brought all his samples and helped pick out something to match my existing woodwork and wall color. He was so easy to work with. Thanks Dave!!

Love our new floors sold and installed by Floor Coverings International. Dave Paeske and his team did such a great job, we are so pleased with the end result. When we purchased our home it had old carpet and some old flooring. Dave sent his designer Ally and she showed us what could be done. We decided to put real hardwood through the entire home and we couldn't be more pleased. It looks beautiful. Thanks FCI!

Ally was very helpful when she visited my home. I loved that she had large samples I could view in my home. I received the quotes in a timely manner. This is my third home improvement project this year. It is the ONLY project where someone came out at the start of the job to review what was being done and then followed up after completion to make sure it was done right. Thank you!

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Dave was very accommodating in helping us find the right carpet, and the installation team got our small job in less than an hour.

Thank you for such a fantastic job! Our new carpet looks great and the installers were very clean and professional.

Dave and his team were great to work with on our hardwood floor project from start to finish. We appreciated the expertise that they brought to some challenges we had in making the floor level and looking great in a 100 year old home. The pricing was fair, the quality is excellent and delivered on the schedule that they set for us. Highly recommended!

We were highly satisfied from start to finish! Having floor samples come to us was a big plus. Dave was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as he guided us in the decision making process. Abby kept us posted along the way. Gama’s affable team made the installation process efficient and flawless. Dave returned when the job was finished for a final inspection. We are completely happy with the results of our new carpet, and highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an excellent company to work with. I needed someone who could remove ceramic tiles and carpeting, measure, and install a specific product I was only able to find online. Local companies only provided these services if I bought their flooring. I found FCI via Thumbtack. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Ally, the design coordinator, came to my house and was a pleasure to work with - knowledgable, professional and very helpful in assisting me with my project. As the job proceeded I found the whole team to be comprised of quality people. Jason, the flooring installer is a craftsman. His workmanship provided beautiful results. From my experience I can say they stand behind their promise to make the customer happy. You can trust them to do you right.

Dave and his install team were great, help match the existing floor to a tea and it looks great. Thank your for excellent Job.

Excellent service and craftsmanship from Trent, who installed our laminate floor and baseboards. He was polite, friendly and fast. Same service and quality from Gamma and his crew, who installed our carpeting beautifully, and then moved all our furniture back to its original location. These guys are hard workers and deserve a shout-out for their exceptional attention to detail.

We couldn’t be happier with the new kitchen floor and refinished living room floor that Floor Coverings International recently completed for us. The attention to detail all the way from the initial consultation to the end result was outstanding. They took the time to do things the right way and the end result speaks for itself. We will definitely work with them again.

We recently had our floors replaced during a kitchen remodel and had them done by Floor Coverings International.

From beginning to end, the whole process was fantastic. Sally was extremely helpful in assisting us to pick out the materials, and plan for the installation. Once the project was underway, Abby took over, and made sure everything went smoothly. To keep with the mid-century style of our home, we went with Marmoleuom click-lock panels. This gave my wife what she wanted (old school linoleum) and allowed us to create a pattern that fit our style.

After the material was ordered and on-site, we changed the pattern that we wanted, which required more material to be ordered. FCI let us know immediately that more material was needed, and they had it ordered and delivered very quickly.

Once the install was complete, there was one tile which had a nick in one of the seams. FCI came out and attempted to fix it in place, but when that didn't work, they pulled all the tiles out needed to reach the damaged tile and replaced it. Everything looks perfect now.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our floor. We love it.

We will definitely be using FCI for any future flooring needs.

Marmoleum colors are Edelweiss and Blue Heaven
