Don’t like giving such a low rating to a local business but want others to be aware. Misdiagnosed a furnace issue and told me I needed a new furnace. Installed a new furnace which didn’t work. Then told me I needed a new EIM board which costs about $100. Now using another company to finish the job. When they sent me an invoice it was $1,000 over what they had quoted me for the new furnace install completed which they never did. Looks like a wrong diagnosis and up charging me for questioning things when it didn’t make any sense.

Lake Country Heating and Cooling were very punctual, fixed the problem with our furnace, were very neat and clean with the work they did, and were reasonably priced. This is not our first time using this company. They have put in a new air conditioning system in our home. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Lake Country has serviced my HVAC since 2010. They provide the semi-annual service on my A/C and Heating and have alerted me to small problems before they become large costly issues. The techs they send out are always very courteous.

I have recommended Lake Country to neighbors and friends. The technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and friendly.. They respond quickly to my calls for service and I have never had a problem with their service or products. Their prices are very competitive. I like their discount club option which gives me good value on twice yearly service for furnace and air conditioner.

Lake Country Heating and Cooling came to my rescue December of 2022 when my geo thermal system stopped working. I was without heat and water. We explored different options and in the end, changed my house to conventional heating and cooling. Thankfully the team was able to install my units quickly and get everything back on track. The owner went out of his way to stay in contact with me. He made a stressful situation go as smooth as possible. I am beyond grateful. I even recommended this company to a friend who also had a good experience.

Cole serviced my air conditioning unit on 6/7/24 and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Lake Country is always honest. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. Been going with them for years. Highly recommend.

Their tech, Andrew, came out 10/7, to give my furnace & AC the yearly servicing. He was exactly on time, personable, knowledgeable, and sweet to my obnoxious dogs.

Our above ground pool finally failed, and we decided to put a concrete patio in its place. Went to Laue’s for topsoil to fill the pool depression and found out that they provide a wide range of landscaping services. Including concrete patios. They did an excellent job, had no problem with a last minute change, and cleaned up not only the immediate work area, but also the surrounding area that was pretty rough. I would absolutely recommend Laue’s.

RC, Hunter, Sandy, and the rest of the concrete crew were phenomenal. Open communication, excellent work, beyond amazing clean up, and talks of future projects with landscaping. This is a MUST choose family owned company.

Amazing team to work with. Listens to customers and helps designs come to reality. Team comes to work everyday until work is done. High value and reasonable cost. Would work with them again and they will be doing my next project. Large project finished in one week, very close to original budget (cost change was due to minor length / style change in retaining wall), and owner of company in constant communication.

My wife and I had a terrible storm hit our house and damage retaining walls. Because there were so many facets of damage to the property I couldn't clearly define my full scope of work with RC - we eventually asked for a refund of our down deposit of $12K to which RC very graciously said he was going to keep $6K of it for his time which was 2 site visits and drafting a letter to our bank and insurance company. I had to threaten him with an attorney and he said he was keeping $3K of our deposit for doing absolutely nothing which we paid. Terrible business practices - there are many small companies that deserve business but this is NOT one of them!
