Called Home Town on a Saturday afternoon. Furnance was acting up. Shane answered his phone quickly and arrived when he said he would. He had the parts in his truck to get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend!

Had no heat and it was 11 degrees outside. Called HomeTown Heating & Cooling talked to Shane. He was very friendly and professional. He was on a call, but said he would be to our house as soon as he was done. Within an hour he arrived solve the problem, returned to his shop to get the correct part, returned installed it and we once again had heat. I would highly recommend HomeTown Heating & Cooling. We will call them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future!

Shane is always very efficient and friendly. With an old furnace and AC, he always makes time to squeeze us into his busy day! Highly recommend him for your HVAC needs!

I called Shane after hours when my existing furnace failed. He was extremely helpful and professional in helping me determine how to approach the situation. He was able to juggle his schedule around in order to be out first thing in the morning the next day.

While on site I my home, he worked cleanly and efficiently, and had impeccable professionalism.

I cannot recommend Shane and Hometown Heating and Cooling highly enough. Skip the calls to some big company. Call Shane!

Kudos to Martens Heating & Cooling for answering their phones promptly, taking the time to answer all of my questions (from billing to what the issue might be), and dispatching a technician who arrived within an hour of my call. Even though the problem ended up being a minor fix, they treated it with urgency and professionalism. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything clearly. It’s such a relief to work with a company that is responsive, honest, and reliable. I would absolutely recommend Martens Heating & Cooling and will use them again in the future.

Martins Heating & Cooling has consistently provided exceptional assistance for all of my HVAC requirements since we contacted them regarding the inoperability of our air conditioning unit several years ago.

Historically, we have received a new air conditioning unit, a whole-home air purification system, a new furnace, an ultraviolet (UV-C) sanitation/purification system, and a whole-home humidifier.

Recently, the solenoid valve on my humidifier ceased functioning, prompting me to contact Martens. They promptly dispatched an expert technician, Ryan Michael, to conduct a house call on the same day. Additionally, I requested a replacement for the whole-home air purifier filter, as it was due for replacement. Fortunately, they had a replacement filter in stock and promptly installed it on the same day. I cannot for sure say that I had a reasonable price as I have nothing to compare the service cost to.

I was beyond happy with the service from Martens Heating and Cooling! From scheduling my appt. in the morning to my service call that very afternoon! The service technician Ryan M. was very pleasant and explained to me what needed to be done with my furnace to get it going again. I will stick with Martens in the future!!

Alex explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly. We will continue to use Martens for future projects.
