Had a concern about my plumbing, he was very to the point and quick in the diagnosis.

Very courteous and prompt. Gave us a quote and stuck to it. We were very pleased. This is the second time we have had D and S help us out and will call them again if we need any work done.

I have heard all positive things about Shawn, his knowledge, and exceptional work ethic. He accurately diagnosed my water issues when I talked with him over the phone. He scheduled a service call promptly despite me insisting that I could mange my situation for a little while. He traveled to my home almost 2 hours north of Omro. He replaced my archaic water pump, water softener, water heater, and pipes in a timely manner. The system works wonderfully now free of all issues. Efficient, professional, helpful, and extremely fair pricing for the exceptional work. I will always call on Shawn for my plumbing needs.

We had them upgrade our service to 200 AMP and do the electrical preparation before Appleton solar installed a 7 KWH solar panel array four years ago. They installed a level 2 Charger for our EV 3 years ago. Everything is working well today.

Ken & his crew were able to re-fabricate some of our arrow board trailers that had been struck by vehicles. We thought they would have to be scrapped but once they were done with them they looked brand new again. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Martins Heating & Cooling has consistently provided exceptional assistance for all of my HVAC requirements since we contacted them regarding the inoperability of our air conditioning unit several years ago.

Historically, we have received a new air conditioning unit, a whole-home air purification system, a new furnace, an ultraviolet (UV-C) sanitation/purification system, and a whole-home humidifier.

Recently, the solenoid valve on my humidifier ceased functioning, prompting me to contact Martens. They promptly dispatched an expert technician, Ryan Michael, to conduct a house call on the same day. Additionally, I requested a replacement for the whole-home air purifier filter, as it was due for replacement. Fortunately, they had a replacement filter in stock and promptly installed it on the same day. I cannot for sure say that I had a reasonable price as I have nothing to compare the service cost to.
