I must say the staff at McKay is exceptional. We no more than picked out our tree and while I was paying staff had it loaded into my truck, perfectly secured for the 45 minute drive home. While paying the staff answered all our questions about the tree and several questions/ suggestions about our house plant issues and we left walking on cloud nine. Wow, exceptional service and wonderful experience.

Great customer service. They were so busy but answered all my questions and treated this novice gardener like family. They have an unfussy guarantee that they stand by. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We just went and bought a pin oak as a memorial for my Dad who recently passed away. He used Mckay for many years as his nursery of choice. Today, Collin's knowledge of trees and his kindness, patience, and concern for handling the tree, was greatly appreciated. It is a beautiful tree and we highly recommend McKay Nursery.
