Have taken machines there several times. Tom really knows his stuff! I trust him with my vintage Berninas and a Singer “rocketeer”. Have always been pleased with the repairs, service, and price.

I had an amazing experience with this company's customer service! I called them up because a tenants stove was acting up, and instead of just rushing to schedule an appointment, they actually diagnosed the whole issue with me, the tenant right over the phone. They walked through the problems step-by-step and were able to figure out that the stove was completely done for.

Because they diagnosed it over the phone, they saved me from paying a huge fee just to have a technician drive out to my house to tell me the same thing. I highly recommend them because of their honesty and fairness. They easily could have charged me for a home visit, but they chose to be helpful instead. I am definitely saving their number for any future appliance repairs I might need!

Wow. I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve never stepped foot in the store but I spoke with Eric on the phone just to get some advice on purchasing a new wall oven. His advice was solid, thorough and genuine. It matched what I had found with my own research. But most of all he was willing to take the time to share his knowledge and advice with someone who has never been a customer. This is the type of customer service we need more of. Thank you Eric. If I need repair on my appliances, Fox Cities Appliance Service is who I will go to from now on.

Tried using them a couple times as part of our warranty service, they said it might be covered under warranty both times and then came out said it was a manufacturer defect without actually taking anything apart and charged us a service fee, the second time they also told us that the home warranty was basically a scam. So not going to give them business any more.

Well, paid 300$ for them to fix the cold water inlet valve... A month later it's broke again. Also had to wait 2 weeks for them to come out (which I understand) but then another 2 weeks for the part. Now this time around, they didn't show up Monday as scheduled and now again today (Wednesday) ... Their tracker also said it was in progress and needed a follow up. However, no one has reached out to me aside from an automated text at 11:36 saying they are on their way (mind you there time frame was 12-3) either way I was home.. waiting. And no one. And now I can't reach them..🤔 🤯

We were given a two-hour window when the repair person would arrive. Joe arrived early in that time span and was informative and easy to deal with. He explained the two possibilities of what the problem might be, made a recommendation, had the needed belts in the truck, and quickly fixed our older washer. I will definitely call Kelbachs the next time we need an appliance serviced.

Booked an appointment over the phone on December 5th for a technician to diagnose my Dryer on the 11th. Get a email confirmation saying were all good to go. Get a call on the 11th saying that a technician will be calling me and can diagnose my issue over the phone from 2-4. Leave work early, never get a phone call.. Call the next day and leave a voicemail and then call a couple more times, no answer. Call the next day leave a voicemail, call a couple more times, no answer. End up getting a text that says " Sorry about our technician not calling you, were short staffed please call All brand Appliance" …. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to waste your time. Just call All Brands Appliance instead!!!!!!

Good luck getting them to respond when the appliance you paid them to fix, doesn’t work! I sent multiple emails and texts and never received a response. And if you try to call, you will never be able to speak to a person or get a call back. Save yourself money and the headache and call someone else!

Mr. Appliance is most of all honest and caring for customers, something that is highly valued. On top of it, they were timely and affordable.

They stayed in contact through the process, let me know when repairman was on the way. Very nice people!

Scheduled them in the middle of the night for two days away. They called in the morning and said they had an opening to come in right away which was awesome. They took care of what we needed and answered all my questions regarding future maintenance. Would highly recommend them and we will definitely be using their services in the future if needed.
