Painting reviews in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Painted my basement looks beautiful

I had an excellent experience with this company. The technicians arrived on time and performed a complete chimney inspection before starting work. They handled thorough soot removal and creosote cleaning, which had built up over many years. They also completed necessary flue repair and checked the entire system for safety. I was impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism. In addition, they performed minor masonry repair and restored the fireplace area beautifully. The chimney now draws properly, and everything feels much safer. Highly recommended service.

Excellent work!

Good quality work at a fair price.

Never showed up. Twice. Said I had the original date wrong when they scheduled the first time. Rescheduled. As he couldn't show up the day he said he was suppose to originally. Rescheduled. And then never showed up. A call service who barely speaks English answers to set the appointment's . And schedules the appointments. But no one ever shows.

I am a person that leaves HONEST reviews. I leave them for great service and I leave them for TERRIBLE service. Unfortunately, this is the latter.

I called and scheduled an appointment for September 9th for chimney cleaning. I was given a window of 2-5 in the afternoon and called when the technician did not show up. I was told there was a “misunderstanding“.

When I rescheduled for nine days later, I was told that I would get a confirmation call the day before. When I did not get the confirmation, I called and confirmed the appointment for the next day. My appointment was 11-2 on September 18th and, having been burned once before, just before 2 o’clock I called to confirm that the technician was coming. Once again, I was told that there was some misunderstanding, that no appointment was found, even though I had spoken to the company the day before.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, I asked for the name and contact information of the owner. I was told I could not have those.

I live out of state and stayed each appointment day to have the chimney cleaning accomplished. Rusky’s Painting Services and Cleaning appears so disorganized and so slipshod that they cannot provide the services they offer.

I eagerly await a response from the owner! I probably won’t make an appointment for that….

The service was flawless—one team, one quote, and every detail handled professionally. They answered all our questions and showed us before/after photos of their work. The attic is now properly insulated, the mold is gone, and our fireplace looks beautiful again. Rusky's Painting Services & Chimney Cleaning Repair exceeded our expectations by handling various home repairs, including attic insulation, mold removal, chimney repairs, and even cleaning our dryer vent and ducts.

I made an appointment with Rusky's Chimney Cleaning Repair Service, and I'm really happy with the service. The technician made sure the area was safe, cleaned the entire flue, and removed all soot and creosote buildup. They also checked the chimney cap and liner for problems, and now my fireplace burns cleaner and safer because there is no smoke entering the room. The technician was professional, kind, and gave me a detailed explanation of everything. The cost was reasonable, and the entire process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this chimney cleaning service!

This company delivered exceptional chimney service and exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the staff was courteous, responsive, and professional. The technician arrived on time, conducted a detailed inspection, and thoroughly cleaned the chimney while keeping the surrounding area spotless. They explained everything clearly and offered practical advice for maintaining the fireplace safely and efficiently. I appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and fair pricing without any hidden costs. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. After the service, my fireplace worked noticeably better, and I felt much safer using it. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing reliable chimney cleaning or maintenance services.
