Quandt Plumbing

We needed a pipe that diverts the sump pump to the road fixed. We called them they showed up today and fixed the issue for a fair price. They were friendly and got the job done quickly. We contacted a few other plumbers and either didn't hear back or didn't show up. Hats off to Quandt plumbing!!

Great communicators before, and during. They came exactly when they said they would be here and called me an hour before. Matt D. Was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable which gave me total confidence in him and Quandt Plumbing. This was my first time working with Quandt and would have no hesitations using them again. I highly recommend them. They installed a new water heater for me. In may Quandt came out to do the plumbing work for a bathroom remodel. Most things went well but after they reinstalled the toilet within a couple days performance was substantially degraded. I did my due diligence as the home owner trying to figure it out with no success. I lived with it for 2/3 months hoping it would resolve itself but it became challenging. I then contact Quandt and they were quick to deny responsibility without even taking a look at it. It was an existing toilet which is about a year old. If I would have known of their policy to do the work and deny responsibility on workmanship due to it being an exiting fixture that when reinstalled has significant performance problems I would have went another direction. The rest of the project I am happy with along with their communication and timing with other contractors. I mean if you have to charge a little more to make sure something was configured correctly and work is warrantied then do it.
