Small Appliance reviews in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

This was a great experience. Very friendly and upfront with the process! I will definitely take my sewing machine her again if I need a repair.

Have taken machines there several times. Tom really knows his stuff! I trust him with my vintage Berninas and a Singer “rocketeer”. Have always been pleased with the repairs, service, and price.

Very reasonable and excellent service for my old Kenmore sewing machine.. Some places I called refused to even look at it.

Fantastic job at a fair price! Very friendly.

Tom helped me out with a new to me industrial machine - Singer 211U. Had it running the same day and even took the time to show me a thing or two. Highly recommend!

Tom was very helpful and timely in fixing our new-to-us machine! His price is reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and is very good at what he does!

I don’t know what Tom did but he is magical! I’m pretty sure my machine runs better now than it did out of the box!

Tom was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable. I love the work he does in a reasonable time. Go to him with my machine always. Very trust worthy.
