Electrical reviews in Pewaukee, Wisconsin

From scheduling and communicating with Eddie to the work completed by Jeff and James, the experience was spot on. They climbed up into my hot summer attic and placed some recessed lighting as well as some fan boxes in our 2nd story rooms. Easy to work with, fair pricing, awesome work, great communication all from down-to-earth guys who look at it from the home-owner's perspective more than most contractors I've dealt with. Keep up the good work. I recommend not only without hesitation but with excitement for other to experience what we had.

Excellent company to work with! James did awesome re-wiring hallway lights and installing new switches! Jeffrey installed new outside lights and so happy with how they turned out and so much brighter. So very thankful for a company that takes pride in their work and gets the job done right❤️

John came out to do the removal of some old electric equipment that was no longer needed to run a well that had been closed up. He was very pleasant and friendly efficient and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend trusted electric to anybody needing electrical work.

Trusted Electric was sent out by my home warranty company to give a second opinion on an electrical issue. The guy from the first company was here for about 10 minutes and told me I needed $2100 worth of work to replace an underground line. James from Trusted Electric spent almost an hour checking everything around the electrical box and the garage. He eventually discovered that the issue was likely a couple of outlets on the outside of my garage that were letting in water. I was his last appointment of the day, and he had to leave for an appointment, but he came back around 8:30PM to replace the outlets and covers. I am so impressed with this company. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I will be using them again in the future if the need arises. Thanks again, James!

Jeff is an amazing electrician, He has come to my property to install multiple new fixtures. Jeff is willing to listen to what we want and can give you his opinion and what would work best. He is a very hard working and understanding young man. It’s great to see such a wonderful gentleman in the trades. Jeff is the true definition of professionalism.

It isn’t every day you can find a hardworking contractor who is also incredibly trustworthy. But when I hired Jeff with Trusted Electric? I got just that! He replaced my 1980s track lights. And also added a heating element to one of our bedrooms. His prices are very reasonable. But more than that? I found a faithful electrician who I will always use and refer!

Incredible group of guys. They squeezed my appointment in between their busy work schedule and delivered great results. Will be using/recommending Trusted Electric going forward.

Contacted Trusted Electric on the recommendation of my next door neighbor to have a receptacle and switch replaced on my pool pump and to have an obsolete switch capped. Jeff arrived on time, was exceptionally polite and courteous. I explained what I wanted done, he asked pertinent questions and completed the work in a very timely manner. He answered all of my questions about the that he performed and also answered some miscellaneous door bell questions.

When I had called and spoke to the owner, he was very friendly. He just made a good impression. When the electrician arrived, he too was friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. He showed a genuine interest in me asking if something from 30 years ago was up to code. Taking his time, he went over different possibilities for some work I had inquired about possibly having done. I would absolutely recommend and will call them for any future work needed.

Jeff is an amazing resource and knowledgeable electrician. He was able to run a long line to hook up our new furnace without any damage to our drywalled ceiling. He is responsive and takes the time to help. His team is able to provide a quote with some basic information over the phone and was $1,000 cheaper than another quote I got! Highly recommend for any electrical needs.

We had several issues with a contractor putting lights in, not up to code and telling us we couldn't get outlets put in. Jeff's team fixed the issues and added the outlets, no problem. They have competitive pricing and explain everything throughly.

We had an awesome experience working with Trusted Electric.

Jeff the owner came out to provide estimate and I knew I was going to hire him. He was friendly, courteous, punctual, and extremely professional. He returns all phone calls and emails.

His final estimate came in right where I thought it should.

He and James tagged-team our job. They work great together. (And I had fun "helping" them.)

Best yet, is that they thoroughly cleaned up the job site before leaving, better than it was before the job.

If you're looking for electrical work from a great LOCAL company, call Jeff. You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

Great experience from start to finish. The work was excellent with a fair price. The process was explained well from the appointment on. We knew to the minute when to expect our electrician. Jeff and Eddie were great to work with! I HIGHLY recommend Trusted Electric

Jeff was quick to reply to our email request for a quote. He installed a ceiling fan and was professional, efficient, personable, and ethical. We will ABSOLUTELY use him again for future electrical work. Glad we found him!

Jeff was very pleasant, informative, professional and efficient in his craft with a breadth of knowledge to address our current electrical issues.
Thank you very much!
We will be calling you again.
Glad you could accommodate us during the holidays.

Jeff at Trusted Electric installed a new outlet in our garage, as well as replaced an existing outlet. He explained every step to us of why he was doing what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the installs in a timely manner, and his brother came to do the cleanup of the job site after Jeff was done. I walked out into the garage and was completely surprised and grateful for the extra customer service efforts. We were completely impressed with the work ethic and professionalism he provided. We will definitely use his company in the future if we need more electrical services. We highly recommend him and his team.

From the first contact with Jeff thru the completion of the project, Jeff always kept us informed on what we should expect. Price was very fair, his availability to do the work always worked well with my schedule. While it was a relatively small project, it was completed quickly. Would definitely recommend Trusted Electric for any project.

Trusted Electric has the best professionals in the business working for their company. Prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to take those extra steps to make sure the job was completed in one day. I had multiple changes/updates in our home and they asked the right questions to make sure I was satisfied with each project. If you need residential or commercial work completed on time and within budget, reach out to Trusted Electric.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and and professional. He took his time going over what was needed and had the tools to fix everything right then and there. He was also very personal. I highly recommend him and would use him again!

Exceptional work. Jeff meticulously removed delicate crystal light fixtures and installed new ones with total precision. Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable. Phenomenal results — we’ll absolutely hire him again for the next job site.

I highly recommend Trusted Electric. This is the first time using them. They were prompt in giving me a quote and then scheduled within a short period of time. They replaced the lighting in the garage. They were so nice to work with and answered all of my questions. They even helped me with suggestions for future electrical upgrades to my house. I will use them again!
