Working with them has been terrible. They can't even service the products they install, and seldom return phone calls. I would never use them again and would recommend using any one else.

We needed a water softener. Price and installation were very good. Would recommend them.

I had a basic excavating repair, but also another project that required the use of other contractors. John and Jane met their promises on costs and time, communicated well. And best of all they found and coordinated the other needed contractors and made it easy for me.
Thanks guys,

John, Jane and company have always treated me well. I'm very surprised by the previous review. They do quality work at very competitive prices. If there are ever issues, they are very good about correcting. With any contracting, you always get a few bids, but I will use them again and again.

The woman who answered the phone, I believe her name was Tammy, not sure. But, she was AMAZING! Our furnace and hot water heater exploded, resulting in high carbon monoxide levels. It was a very stressful day. They sent over a technician to install the hot water heater the day after the explosion, which I was very grateful for. Other companies I called said they only install units they sell. Still another company said maybe next week. So, Tammy working us into their busy schedule was much appreciated! I would highly recommend them for your hot water needs.

I am writing to share my recent experience with the installation service for my dishwasher. I reported a malfunction and moldy water in the unit twice before the installation. During the removal, the old dishwasher poured water onto my entryway and several pairs of shoes due to the lack of care by the installer, and despite being notified about the state of the old dishwasher. The installer did not acknowledge the situation or express any apologies, which was very disappointing.
When I expressed my frustration, the installer asked if he should leave, but I felt I had no choice but to allow him to continue, given that my new dishwasher was not yet hooked up. Unfortunately, he then slammed my apartment door, which was very upsetting.
Afterward, I reached out to the company in tears, explaining the situation to a representative who assured me someone would call me back. I waited two days without any follow-up, and when I called back twice, I received no response.
As a manager myself, I believe this situation could have been resolved more effectively with better communication. I hope my feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
Posted are my soaking wet shoes, the carpet pieces I had to throw away, and the water in my garage. -
Part of my front yard was torn up to isolate a water leak last December. James promised to come in the spring to repair my lawn. The job was finally done in mid July. They didn't rototill or rake the area and the fill included clumps, various sizes of tree roots, numerous rocks, plastic and 3 golf balls. They also buried my shut off valves. I hardly think this is quality work.

On Aug 26, 2025 this company worked on a new home on 20th street. The drivers drove recklessly and the incorrect way on fieldstone and in an alley multiple times during the day. They dropped rocks in the alley and in my driveway. The debris in my driveway contributed to a serious fall which required ambulance service and a hospital visit. They didn’t clean up their mess! Thankfully the prairie du sac streets and services sent a team out to clean up the street and alley! I don’t recommend using this company for this type of work. Driving the wrong way down streets just to save a minute could potentially lead to more accidents.
