Constraction reviews in Princeton, Wisconsin

Tom was thorough and professional throughout the process. He was prompt in his communication and offers a great service at a fair price. His explanation of the property was extraordinarily helpful. My wife commented "thank you for explaining this in a way I can understand". The written report was professional and included detailed descriptions as well as pictures. Highly recommend.

I will 100% be recommending Tom to anyone in need of a home inspector! My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and his detailed reporting. The report was very organized and easy to follow (and was color coded!). It’s also a bonus to work with someone that has such a great personality. He explains everything very professionally, but also able to simplify his points for first-time home buyers. You will not be disappointed in choosing Tom for your home inspection needs!

We enjoyed working with Tom! We had a country home with multiple outbuildings as well as a private well and mound system to inspect before purchase. It was so convenient that Tom was able to handle all of these inspections in one day so that we didn't need to schedule multiple people.

Within 1 day of our inspection we received a very thorough report of his findings. He had a great working relationship with our realtor and they were able to use their experience to advise us on which issues we should address immediately and which issues could wait or be fixed ourselves.

Overall a great experience- spend the money on a great investor, it is well worth the piece of mind!

Read a lot of reviews on different inspectors before moving forward with Inspection Services of WI and glad that I did. Tom was super friendly, a great communicator, and his inspection was very thorough.

Tom went over the property and section by section walked us through any issues or recommendations. He also took the time to explain how how everything worked. Not only was he thorough on the property, his report was in depth with picture and all defects, maintenance items, and recommendations easily laid out. And the report came less than 24 hours after the inspection!

It was a total pleasure to work with Tom and would recommend him to anyone needing an inspector they can trust.

Tom was meticulous in inspecting our new home. He did a fantastic job taking the time to go through his report with us. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a home. We highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a home inspection.

While we didn't end up getting to utilize Tom, we did get to tour a home with a pre-inspection done by Tom, and it was incredibly comprehensive. All communication I've had with Tom was pleasant and it is clear that he's someone you should strongly consider having inspect your home in central WI!

Tom was extremely helpful and thorough for our inspection of a 5-acre property (1800sq ft W/2 detached garages). He took extra time to explain things and has even been helpful with other questions since completing the inspection. I can't recommend him enough!

Highly recommend Tom for commercial building inspections. Fast responses, great communication, very thorough, and explains everything clearly. He got us scheduled right away, payment was easy, and we received a very detailed report the same day with photos and clear descriptions. He’s personable and professional, with clear communication throughout the process. He also provided easy‑to‑understand solutions for minor issues and gave us projected timelines for future repairs or equipment replacement, which was incredibly helpful.
