I used PHE for furnace repairs, installing new natural gas lines, cattle waterer repair and my kitchen/bath remodeling project. Steve and his team have always been on time and got the job done right. i have recommended PHE to my friends and continue to rely on them to keep my farm and home running smoothly.

We highly recommend Steve and his PHE team. When our sewer lines clogged and backed up into the house on a Sunday afternoon, Steve responded within 30 minutes and worked several hours until everything was resolved. Excellent service and much appreciated!

We have used PHE Contractors for over 6 years. They have handled all of out electrical, plumbing, and heating issues. We did a major remodeling project and tint only did they follow the plan but made recommendations along the way for a better job. Steve is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he will do. His technicians go the extra mile.

Very happy with the overall quality of work I received. They setup an appointment and actually showed up to put together an estimate for my house instead of trying to tell me cost over the phone. Found some gas line issues with my furnace while they were working on the gas water heater. Repaired everything and still stayed under the estimate total. Would recommend for anyone locally that needs plumbing repairs.

We have had many services with PHE on our home. The furnace and AC were replaced on a schedule, the water heater was replaced the same day I called and said it died, and the septic system was corrected with the proper equipment quickly to actually pump the septic items. PHE has great service, great employees, and quality products. This company really cares about their clients and will go above and beyond.

The new Trane furnace and AC were recently installed with excellence! Neat workmanship of wires and cleanliness. Knowledge was obvious. Patience with my questions were appreciated. Efficiency of installation was outstanding. The owner and employees have been kind and professional in all interactions.
My first experience a few years ago was having a floor heat system installed in my new garage shortly before the concrete was poured. Every step was excellent including communication about the process and planning.

We called Randolph Plumbing and Heating because in November 2020 we had about 5 mins of hot water. The plumber came and fixed the issue, and we were happy and had no problems until 6 months later in April 2021 when we had about 5 mins of hot water again.

I called Randolph Plumbing and Heating back and advised them of the issue again, I advised them on the phone, this time maybe we should consider replacing the water heater or something else. The plumber came, replaced the same element that he replaced last time, said that he made an "executive decision" on it. While I appreciate his attempts at keeping the bill low for us, I wish he wouldn't have. I wish he would have given me my options, a bit of education on our options, and then allowed my husband and I to decide, seeing we are the homeowners and its our money that we are spending for the repairs. He left and I went downstairs and there was a ton of water that was puddled on the basement floor (our basement is not finished so not a huge deal but still) and about a cup of sediment was in a pan that I had downstairs that I use for my plants. The plumber left (this was a Monday) and on Sunday we had less than 5 mins of hot water again.

I contacted the Randolph Plumbing and Heating and advised them of the situation, the plumber called back within 15 mins or so said that he could come look at it again on Monday to see about replacing the top element or replace the water heater and that he would "work with us" on the current bill. At that point I was sick and tired of dealing with this situation and my husband was as well, I got a 3 min of hot water for the entire day. I was frustrated that we spent $125.00 in November just to have the same situation in April and to spend another $125.00 to replace the same exact thing that we replaced in November and to have hot water for 7 days.

We ended up calling a friend who knows about plumbing and we ended up having to drain the whole water heater, replace the top and the bottom element again. The bottom element that was replaced on Monday by Randolph Plumbing & Heating was completely covered in white sediment on Sunday which seemed a bit odd. We also ended up taking another two cups of sediment out of the bottom of the heater.

I am a bit upset with the way that my basement was left, my personal items were used, I was not given education on my options, things were just completed, and that we spent $125.00 for 6 months of hot water and then another $125.00 for 7 days of hot water. I expected a bit more.

I own a really old house with some repeat issues of our sewer line. Every time I've needed the line cleared they've been able to help us out. With quick avalibility decent pricing and honest recommendations I don't have a reason to pick any other local plumber. Ryan and his crew get the job done.
