5 star service! I would recommend with 4 thumbs up! He was super easy to work with and was literally half the cost of every other stump grinder in the area. He got out to my property fast and did excellent work. In fact, he even went out of his way to trim a stump down for me as I had left it about 2' high and not flush with the ground.

McCarthy is who you NEED to contact. Don't even think about renting equipment or calling anyone else. Save yourself time and money and get top notch service.

We had 2 Large Tree Stumps to remove from our back yard. Shawn was recommended by the service that removed those trees. He was very prompt, friendly and priced extraordinarily reasonably. He did a great job with both stumps and explained if there was any issues with the larger of the two due to the roots being difficult, he had no problem coming back. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to get this job done

I called to get an estimate for some work at my house and a guy named John was so rude. He called back 10 days after I left a message and acted like I was inconveniencing him. Don’t do work with this guy

I am rating 1 star because Everytime they cut at my place of business the guy who rides around on the large mower just runs over anything. Today we saw him run over a t-shirt/rag and shred it to bits along with paper and a McDonalds plastic cup. It's very unprofessional and leaves the lawn looking littered.

Last late fall Terra Tec came and started throwing fertilizer into the snow. I asked what they were doing. They said that they had to finish the last fertilization on the contract. I asked what good did it do to throw the fertilizer into the snow, and the house is on a hill, the fertilizer would be washed into the ditch. They said that they had it in the contract, and they had to do it. I told their management that I would not pay for it, but they forced a bill on me anyway. It was an outrageous experience. I could not believe that a company would do such thing to a customer.

I bought a new house that terra tec had landscaped. One of the trees was dead when I purchased the house. Originally they took responsibility, it took a year but they finally replaced the tree. 30 days later it was obviously dead. Sent pics and texts to owner/operator John- but he has refused to replace the tree or offer any other solutions. Do not hire this company. They don’t care about their reputation and they are happy to give you dead plants/trees.
