My experience with the Precision Plumbing team was excellent. They listened to what my ideas were for my historic house bathroom and completed everything perfectly. Great communication! They're busy because they do excellent work. They took the time to explain things to me, what my options were, and what the associated costs would be. All four fixtures in my bathroom are connected and working again - and I know that the work was done right the first time around. Very thankful for their help and highly recommend!

I called these folks on 10/23 with a short list of plumbing issues I needed worked on in my new home. The person on the phone asked me to text him pictures and descriptions, so I did so the same day. It's now 12/1 and Precision never put me on the schedule or even replied. If you can't get a concrete service date from them right away, I suspect you won't get one ever.
