I'm very happy with the service and the results. Would happily use them again. However, more transparency in future cost estimates would be helpful and appreciated.

Shawn was awesome! Had great communication before he arrived so he could complete the task quickly and smoothly. He even looked happy to be here even though this was a Sunday morning call.

The Hurlburt heating repair professionals arrived on time, were extremely respectful of my home and financial budget and explained things in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a 23 year old furnace that wasn't working well if at all. We called a couple companies. Jordan showed up within a couple of hours and promised us they could install the brand new furnace this afternoon. This was during the week.of sun zero temps. Well you guys showed up within the hour and swapped out the old with a brand new furnace, very reasonably priced. We're extremely grateful we have heat and security we'll continue to have heat for this ridiculously cold wisconsin winter. Thank you Hurlburt.

Our water heater broke with a house full of company. Jeremy was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We appreciated the prompt service and the replacement of our water heater. I called the company and they were out the same day within hours and did an absolutely amazing job. Thank YOU!

Trent looked at my humidifier and found/fixed the issue i was having with it. I felt he was very knowledgeable and quick. He was very friendly and kind and explained everything and answered all my questions. I am very pleased that I called Hurlburt for service.

Trent did a great job and was very thorough. He took pictures of his findings that aided in our decision to replace our aging furnace. Since Hurlburt did such a great job on our water heater, we will be utilizing them for our furnace replacement as well. Thanks Trent and team!

Frank and his associate came were prompt and very helpful. I appreciated their kindness and efficiency. They replaced a light bulb switch, a light bulb that I couldn't reach and all our smoke detectors. They even did it all after having to go to Hudson for another service call and csme back special just to finish their job. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them!

Jeremy and his crew were excellent. They fixed a problem another plumber created and walked off the job from. I cannot be thankful enough for the curiosity and respect they had for my house and the project. I highly recommend them and will use them again for anything that may pop up in the future!! We had a gas leak, so we called out the gas company to check it. While he was here, I called Hurlburt, and they said they would send someone ASAP, sometime between 12 & 4, it was 11ish, Trevor showed up 10min later, while the gas company was still here! Reviewed the issues with what they had found and proceeded to fix the problems. Great aditude, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely call them again if we have any problems in the future.

Bryson was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explore the plumbing problem I was having, provided a solution and scheduled a consultation for another service that I need with my water softener. I used Hurlburt for HVAC in the past, great to know their plumbing team is great as well.

He called ahead to inform me of his arrival time & perform excellent work in taking care of our homes needs in such a timely manner

Hulburt is a fantastic company to have service done. I’m in the service industry and they check all the boxes for service, from scheduling to the work being done. Ethan did a great job explaining everything that was done and also preventative maintenance for the future. Everything was done at a fair price. Very pleased with their company!

Hurlburt was able to replace my water heater next day. They provided great service, were on time, and did a great job. They even provided an estimate for work that could be done at a later date if I chose. I really appreciated how quickly they fit us in!
