First time looking for someone to fix our washer, all it took was a phone call and literally 5 minutes, and Crow's was at the door to take a look! VERY well-informed on my appliance model- and possible causes/fixes of the problem it was having. He even gave me the benefit of the doubt if something specific would have been broken, it would be better to replace rather than repair- recommending good brands to go with as far as repair needs/reliability. Luckily, ours only needed a simple fix. Definitely found a permanent repair guy for our household :)

Was able to diagnose my dryer's issue and had new parts available immediately. Jeff is friendly and performed diagnosis and repair in a one-stop visit. I will call again should another repair be needed!

Wow - Talked to him at 8a, he arrived shortly after 9a and our fridge was fixed about 30 min later. Fair pricing too. Will call him again the next time we need something and would highly recommend you do the same.

Update 12/2023: Called him again today for a broken washing machine. He came within 30 min, had the part and fixed it. Very reasonable again. Wish there were more people and businesses like this.

Jeff is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable! I called him at 9am and my stove was fixed before 11am the same day since he had the part in the truck. Now we have the peace of mind that our gas stove is working and safe.

He arrived very quickly, about an hour after I called to ask about fixing my oven. He did a great job, even had a needed part in his truck. Price was reasonable, and I will definitely call again if needed!

We've called Jeff for stove problems several times. He is reasonable, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and interesting. Even sells me parts to DIY with free advice.
