Ben, his brother and crew stepped up when other tree companies in the area backed out and wouldn't take down a very large oak tree over my house after they said they would. They were responsive, easy to work with, and as an added plus; they didn't crush my roof or house! Call them first in the area if you need tree work, you can't go wrong!

We’ve used Joutras twice now and couldn’t be happier. During our removal estimate for a known tree health issue, Ben also took the time to walk our property and look over our other trees for any health concerns, which we really appreciated. He is professional, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely keep calling Joutras for any future tree work!

A huge windstorm swept through Baraboo on July 28, 2023. This storm caused power outages across town as well as large debris from trees and fallen branches. We had a HUGE maple tree on the side of our house drop a branch on the roof during the storm. Joutras Tree Care came over the next day to help get the branch off the roof and carefully inspect and trim other branches from 2 trees that got damaged in the storm. They were able to carefully remove huge damaged branches in a very tight working space. I appreciated their knowledge of tree health to make decisions on which branches had to be taken and which could safely stay to help the tree recover. Thanks again for being our hope during a difficult time!

It was great working with John & Ben from the first consultation on. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a particularly challenging tree to remove and they were thoughtful and careful and everything happened exactly as they said it would. We would definitely work with them again.

The guys came on time, did a wonderful job of cutting down and cleaning up the yard when they were done. We would recommend them to anyone. Very nice guys and such good work. Thanks for the good work! They had MG&E come to unhook the power line and come back as soon as they were done to connect it again. Only without power for a couple of hours!
