We had to call after hours as our furnace was not heating. Mike took the call and was at our house very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had the problem diagnosed in no time at all. After he completed repairs, he checked every unit that used nat gas in our home to ensure everything was 100%. He was very personable and knows his craft. Wouldn’t hesitate to call BayBrookes again should we need help.

While I've been satisfied with the service, speed of response, and cost of having BayBrookes come to maintain, repair, and replace things as they've reached the end of their lifespan - I feel there's a more important reason I suggest BayBrookes to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company. Integrity.

On multiple occasions, when they've come to perform routine maintenance (which I highly recommend) or troubleshoot an issue, the BayBrookes techs have given me advice that has alllowed me to plan for future expenses, shared tips to extend the life of my HVAC system and components, and shared ideas that have kept problems from occurring. Even when they could have made a sale by recommending that something be replaced sooner than it ended up needing to be.

Ive used BayBrookes since moving to Baraboo a year ago. Ive been really happy with their hvac tech who covers Baraboo( cant remember his name). Discussed my aging AC with him and he was very knowledgable as expected. I was expecting to be upsold on the latest most expensive unit but he suggested a baseline model for our home and was very down to earth about the sales tactics alot of HVAC companies use.

The yearly maintence comfort care program is great as well. Its nice to get calls to schedule annual service and then I dont have to worry about forgetting to do it.

This company and there service are top notch. I used another local company and they tried to up sale me right a way. I called BayBrooks for a second opinion. They sent someone out within a couple of hours and they fixed my unit and the service guy that came out explained things to me and was very knowledgeable. I will always call BayBrooks from now on. So should you.

I have many contractors in my house over the years Mike and his partner were some of the best I've ever had. The owner Brett also stopped to to deliver some more things needed almost unheard these days! Thanks guys 😀

Outstanding customer service. Our furnace went out on a Sunday night and they returned my call for help within 30 minutes. They were great to talk with on the the phone and saved us a rush fee by letting us know they would see us first thing on Monday morning if we could wait. They showed up on Monday morning and figured out our problem. Buy Tuesday at lunch we had a brand new furnace to replace our 34 year old beast.
