It was an enjoyable experience working with Joe & his team on a complete landscape makeover. They were able to integrate various design elements, from plantings, to Luxor low voltage lighting, Pennsylvania bluestone hardscape, Infratech heaters, natural cedar arbors, a Hunter irrigation system & even a Big Green Egg. Now they help maintain the yard with their professional crew & well maintained equipment. Thanks Joe, we're looking forward to another year!

Landmark Landscapes recently renovated multiple planting beds around the house we recently bought. They were great to work with in every way. Marshall, the account manager, was great to work with. He did a fantastic job in the design and quoting process. His design was first rate. The people in the crew who actually did the work were hard working, polite, neat, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been using Landmark Landscapes Inc. for 2 1/2 years now and couldn't be happier. I started with a phone call because my lawn was not looking good and I was looking for a new company to do my yearly fertilizing. In a couple of days I got a phone call from Clare and scheduled an appointment with her for the next week. She came out and examined my lawn taking several samples and looking at all areas of my grass. I have just under an acre. At that point I was very impressed with her and her knowledge about my situation. Since then my lawn has not looked better. I have them do several other maintenance through out the year. Every time they come the crew when they get here introduces themselves and are so professional. Just a few weeks ago with the help of Ryan they did some new landscaping and wow its beautiful, and again the crew, two gentlemen were kind and professional. Landmark Landscapes helped us design, develop and upgrade a large bed in front of our condominium in Elkhart Lake. We have known the Landmark Team for many years as they have provided outstanding quality and professional landscaping services to our condo association. This was a challenging project with the removal of several large trees that were very close to the condo building and seven large tree stumps that had to be removed as well. Kudos to Chuck who handled the back-ho duties, Jessica who managed the onsite project, Clare who developed the plan and the entire Landmark Team who participated in the transformation of a truly unsightly bed of over grown ground cover, exposed tree stumps along with a major drainage issue to a beautiful new lawn including an new bed of pachysandra that beautifully accents the new lawn. We've received a ton of compliments from our community condo owners on how great and professional the new bed looks. Without asking, they all knew we used Landmark Landscapes Inc. to help us with this transformation. We highly recommend the Landmark Team based on their experience, design creativity, knowledge of plant/lawn products, professionalism and overall excellent workmanship and customer interface. Working with Landmark has been an incredibly positive experience. Our project manager took the time to collaborate with regard to initial inspiration and also provided options that best suit the property and natural conditions. We found Ryan Zagorski to be knowledgeable starting from planning to final execution. Communication related to scheduling and setting expectations for the job made the process easy for us. Landmark followed up with how to care for the installation and now we can continue to enjoy our yard for years to come.

After a decade of retirement, we realized that our organic gardening and landscaping habits would soon be beyond our physical capacity to sustain them. Consequently, we began a relationship with Landmark Landscapes that has allowed us to gradually, year by year, give up part of what we do for ourselves while adding tasks for Landmark to cover for us. “Think big,” is my standard line to Joe Majerus and his team and they never disappoint. Case in point: the before and after photos on my home which Joe sketched, off the top of his head on the back of some scratch paper, while sitting on my pier. A more precise computerized rendering followed, but somehow, from this old home, Joe saw great potential. He is an artist who is passionate about his work, and how the landscaping impacts the surrounding homes and environment. He has flawless taste. He knows hardscape, as well as plants and even rocks. Joe took the time to get to know my family and understand how we wanted to use our outdoor spaces. He worked seamlessly with my contractor and architect to create a welcoming family home on a very challenging site. Landmark will never cut corners or suggest something that doesn’t fit the area. For example, drainage--a big issue on a lake--is always done properly and often creatively, to ensure the continued health of the lake. The Landmark workers leave the jobsite clean every day and in addition to their obvious skill, are genuinely pleasant. Suzanne at Landmark is particularly gifted at creating planting beds for all different times of the year. I highly recommend this company and would use no one else on my projects.

I am a DIY'r. I was looking for advice regarding how to address some issues with my lawn. Claire from Landmark met with me at our home and helped me learn the causes of the current issues and how to rectify them. In addition, she provided guidance on processes and products that will help me improve and maintain our lawn and bushes both short and long term. When I asked, Claire shared her extensive experience in landscape maintenance. It is very impressive and was evident via the thoroughness of what she taught me. Before the visit, I was advised that there would be a consultation change if I did hire Landmark to do any work. It was worth every dollar spent. If or when I have future needs for a landscape consultation, I will call and ask for Claire. If I need landscape work performed, I will contact Landmark Landscapes.

We live in an apartment on the north side of Sheboygan. Whether snow brings a 1in or 2in trigger, your crew shows up right after the storm is done and does a thorough clean-up.
