Very knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Adrian came through for me the Friday before Christmas Eve on short notice and with wind chills in the -20’s. He got my heat back on in no time and saved the lives of my plant friends in the process. Excellent expertise at a fair rate. I called Baquero's for the first time on Friday evening. A tenant's furnace had stopped working, temperature dropped to 55. Adrian from Bacquero's met me at the rental within 90 minutes. Within another 45 minutes had completed the repair. He is the owner and a really nice young man. Adrian explained to me what happened, he communicates well. I expected to pay much more than he charged. I was delighted by his responsiveness, communication, quality of work and fairness of pricing. Will definitely use Bacquero going forward.

Excellent service. Adrian arrived for the air-conditioner repair within 2 hours of my phone call and it was not an emergency call. Very prompt, very professional. Fixed the problem very quickly, but wanted to make sure that the problem will not reoccur. Found the underlying problem. Quite happy with the service. Thank you!

Adrian is extremely professional and detailed oriented. He provided all options for getting heat and AC for the new bonus room addition on top of our garage. He proposed a new ductless AC. But after doing calculations thought routing a vent from existing system would work. That saved thousands. Always in time and kept communicating when he would arrive. Very respectable while working at home. Highly recommend him for any HVAC related work.

We hadn't done regular maintenance on the furnace and were having some intermittent heating issues. Called them out to service and check it out, and Adrian stayed for quite a while cleaning, checking, and diagnosing it. While he didn't find an obvious explanation (part of why it took longer), he did find some indicators that could be a factor, with some suggestions to adjust the exhaust routing. I asked what we owed, expecting an add-on charge for additional time and diagnosis, but it was just the regular maintenance fee. Very pleased with his professionalism and dedication to investigating the issue. Thanks!

Adrian, the owner, is excellent. He was fair and reasonable, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. His price was very competitive with other small business HVAC owners (beat most by a few hundred dollars on a $6-8k project). His prices are thousands less than the big guys, and I trust him to do higher quality work. I can't recommend him more highly.

Quick and efficient- Adrian identified the issue with our furnace, and recommended some maintenance issues that could extend the life of the appliance. He got it all done in a few hours. And now we have heat again!

I have used Adrian twice now. The first time is have him fixed a problem I created trying to install an Ecobee thermostat. He was very familiar with these smart thermostats and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. He even told me I didn't need the power extender kit, removed it and fixed the setup.

The second time is for an A/C tune-up which he explained to me what he found and recommended what to do.

Both times he was able to show up the next day and completed the job quickly.

Adrian was absolutely amazing! Our furnace broke on a Friday afternoon and he was at our home within 20 minutes. He was able to explain exactly what the issue was and the solution to fix it. He was very knowledgable and pricing was reasonable. Very happy with the work that he provided and will be calling him again if we have any issues in the future.
