James was great. Was in time for the appointment, very polite and appointment didn't take to long. He actually took the time to figure out what is wrong the the AC unit and is looking to see if it is under warranty. I would recommend him for your next service needs.

I had a great experience working with JM Heating and Cooling. They came to check my furnace as it started to smell like something was melting or burning. They were quickly able to find an issue and fix it. What I appreciated most was the honest and fair opinion on what the short and long term options were to avoid future concerns, without pressuring me into the mostly costly option. I would highly recommend to give them a call if you have any concerns with your HVAC system!
