James was great. Was in time for the appointment, very polite and appointment didn't take to long. He actually took the time to figure out what is wrong the the AC unit and is looking to see if it is under warranty. I would recommend him for your next service needs.

I had a great experience working with JM Heating and Cooling. They came to check my furnace as it started to smell like something was melting or burning. They were quickly able to find an issue and fix it. What I appreciated most was the honest and fair opinion on what the short and long term options were to avoid future concerns, without pressuring me into the mostly costly option. I would highly recommend to give them a call if you have any concerns with your HVAC system!

James is honest and has integrity not pushing us to purchase a new furnace. He serviced our A/C years ago. I called him yesterday and he was out that day! Because of Jim we will have another year with our antique 1994 A/C :-) !!

Our heat went out on a cold winter day, Jim came from JM Heating and Cooling and told us right away what the problem was. He fixed it right away and it ran smooth after that, haven’t had an issue since! We were worried we’d have to replace our furnace and were very thankful that Jim was knowledgeable, able to fix it fast, and for a reasonable price! I’d recommend JM Heating and Cooling to anybody I know. Fast response time, honest, and knowledgeable!

I called Jim when our home AC stopped working. He had a service person out within a couple hours. I thought for sure the unit would need to be replaced. I was wrong! Simple part replacement and they saved me thousands of dollars. This company is fast, honest and reliable with fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

Furnace went on Saturday came right away to assess the problem and gave options. Decided to have a new one installed right away. Was able to get it going temporarily, came back on Tuesday to install new one. Quick turn around and great service. Would highly recommended! Great guy.

AC was not operating and Jim was able to get to us first thing the next morning--wait, he actually called and fit us in same day on his way home from a different job! He quickly diagnosed and actually had to leave our place to retrieve the part since he was fitting us in unexpectedly--all part of the service, and all super fast. Pricing was great (huge relief) and he shared insights to benefit us moving forward. Highly recommend--huge blessing to our family.

Called for a furnace tune-up on a Monday, they were able to get out the next day. Austin called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. Excellent service. I will use them again for sure.

The contractor is courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. I have hired this company on several occasions over the years, and each time was pleased with the service and the bill. most recently about four months ago I had a heat pump installed. I am fully satisfied and glad I made the switch

GREAT SERVICE! I had paid $100 for a competitor to make a mess (and not clean it up) looking at my furnace and then they told me I should buy a new furnace or pay nearly double what JM Heating and Cooling charged for the repair. JM also fit me in quickly and returned the following work day to complete the repair. Additional bonus - just great people!

Called them Friday late afternoon because our furnace quit working and they were here within an hour during the blizzard! Jim was wonderful he diagnosed the problem. immediately, outside vent pipe blocked with snow. He also showed me some problems with the installation. Thanks Bilinski and Slinger for the inspection! JM Heating is Slinger based and I will definitely use them to correct the problem and the future needs

We just bought a house and the furnace started acting funny. My husband is a pretty handy man, so he knew some things and was able to get it running again but we didn't have a lot of confidence that we'd fixed the problem long-term. My husband called JM Heating & Cooling and James was able to come over the very same day to come and check it out. He gave us his expert opinion and was really great to work with! Will definitely be a return customer!

I thought I had a problem with my AC . Turned out that what I thought was an issue really wasn't. But since my unit is 33 years old JM Heating will be the one to install a new one when this one dies.
Honest, friendly and didn't charge me for the time to run out here. I will definitely call for all my HVAC needs.
UPDATE!
After some usage of the AC it decided to freeze up. A sign of low refrigerant, furnace blower was getting loud and near the end of its expected life. Time for a new system.
Shopped around some, got back to JM, got a price I was happy with and now I have a new heating and cooling system installed by JM.
And let's not forget about Austin the installer. Good job.

Austin came over for a furnace check up. Austin was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. After completing the check up, he showed me additional pictures of things to watch for. I also felt they were very reasonably priced.

I originally went with a different heating and cooling company that failed to meet their end of the obligation in my mind with respect to customer service. I found Jim and thought I'd give him a try and I'm very happy I did. He was excellent to work with, knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced. Our air conditioner stopped working called JM Heating and Cooling fixed the problem explained it all for me to understand and showed me how to clean coils every year. We will definitely use them whenever needed. Thanks for the good work.

Jim was great! Our furnace was operating improperly over the weekend and several hvac companies couldn’t fit us in. Jim answered my call right away on Saturday night and by Monday morning him and his team were installing our new furnace. The price he quoted us for was exact and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this company!
