When hiring a contractor, the one thing I look for is reliability. I had three appointments scheduled to get quotes on doing some landscaping. Two of the appointments were "no show, no call". Todd from Anderson showed up as promised, and within an hour emailed me a quote. I accepted the quote and three days later his crew showed up to do the job. They were friendly, courteous and did an awesome job. I will use Anderson Landscape for any future projects, and strongly recommend them to anyone else needing landscaping work.

1st time using Anderson. I was running out of time for a project and James took care of me. Got me on the books fast and completed the work only a couple days after booking. Great guy to work with. The 3 guys that did the work were fast, professional and did a great cleanup. Would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping/yard maintenance.

I own a restoration business that does emergency water damage cleanup. Quite often, we need a dumpster right away to help our cleanup efforts. all the places we have ordered dumpsters from took 2-3 days to deliver. Then I discovered Anderson Landscape. they delivered 2 dumpsters to 2 customers in 24 hours! Unheard of! I will be ordering all my dumpsters from Anderson from now on. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. Working started peeing in public outside, kids around and he just didn’t care. Called and reported to company. Clearly they don’t care.

I highly recommend this landscaping team! James and his crew were very communicative, knowledgable, and did the job start to finish in one day! I needed rock, brick and schrub removal, to be replaced with mulch, weed barrier, and new plants. James had recommendations for my needs all within budget. Very nice crew, professional and my yard looks great!

We so appreciate the time and care the Vodniks took with our old house's quirks and foibles, and the suggestions they had for solving our rehab/restoration needs, and their willingness to do what we wanted done. They come on time, work hard, carefully, and harmoniously, and we are so grateful for the skill and care they take with their work, and the fact that things are done in a timely manner. Don't even bother calling Vodnik Handyman Services, Gary doesn't respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. Tells you he can do something for a certain amount of money and then doesn't do it. Wasted my time and now I am on deadline to get those things done. No response to texts, emails, or VM after he committmed to doing the job and then he told me was too busy to start the job. I had other people lined up and now I'm in a jam to get someone back out to my house in the timeframe I need them. Poor business manners, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Reveiw the negative reviews on Better Business Bureau and find out more about this business.

I have hired Gary Vodnik for several projects over the past 2-3 years. Some were small, some more involved including painting, plumbing, electrical, basement concrete patching/painting, gutters, etc. I have been pleased with the results and work he has done for me and will continue to hire him for other projects. Thank you Gary.

ABSOLUTELY DISCOURTEOUS, AMATEUR, AND INTENTIONALLY IGNORES COMMUNICATION..

For being a professional handyman tradesperson, and apparently running his own business, I am exceedingly appalled by Gary's lack of communication and disrespectful nature.

I had Gary come to unclog the half bath toilet and main bath sink. The half bath toilet is doing fine; however, the main bath sink still does not drain, and is worse than it was before. In fact, I am unable to use this sink period, as it fills up with water too quickly. After addressing these concerns to Gary, he was going to send me an estimate for a pipe expansion on the sink, changing it from 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches for better flow. In addition, he was going to change the rubber washers and faucet fixtures on my bathtub.

Gary cancelled his original appointment due to his busy schedule, and requested that my appointment be moved to March 15th at 9am (which I had no problem accommodating). He mentioned that the costs involved would be approximately $400-450, yet a detailed estimate would be written up, and sent to my email like the first time. Never imagingining that he would ghost me, I took off of work to ensure I was here for any questions or concerns. Gary never sent me an updated quote, never called or emailed to notify me of any changes, and simply never showed for my appointment. Likewise, I made several attempts to contact Gary, through various communication channels, only to be completely ignored.

I am quite upset that Gary seems comfortable treating his clients in such an improper manner (especially after the first time went well, and I provided him a generous tip). If things suddently changed, and he questioned his capabilities to adequately perform the scope of the project, or simply needed to reschedule, he should have contacted me as soon as possible. By no means do I deem it appropriate for him to ignore all my communication, ghost my appointment, and neglect to contact me explaining the situation. Even if you are unable to do the work, you simply contact the client regardless, to allow them ample time to find another professional. Gary's behavior was absolutely uncalled for...

Gary was professional, nice and helpful with our basement walls. He also helped us replace some old lighting, now our basement is even better. Would highly recommend.

Left Gary an email about a small (less than an hour) project. I need a larger plate glass mirror remounted due to the poor job that was done on the original install. He responded on less then a day with a date and approximate time. He showed up on time was polite and professional. Took care of remounting the mirror.
I will hire him again and will also recommend him to others in the condo complex.

Gary, of Vodnik Handyman Services has been a life saver! As a single woman and homeowner, I am limited in what I can do concerning updates and repairs on my home. Gary has been wonderful. He's tackled scheduled jobs such as painting as well as emergency repairs. When I've had a critical situation that needed attention, he responds swiftly. Gary did a fantastic job renovating a room in our basement into a finished office/bedroom. He did great work painting the ceiling, putting down carpet, insulating and dry walling the walls, wiring outlets and switches, hanging doors, and finishing around the windows. He was very professional and fast, without cutting corners. I would definitely recommend him.
