They have upgraded Electrical Services at both of my home's I have owned.. as well as doing small remodeling projects outstanding quality and good to work with. Ive referred them to several friends and have never heard one complaint, only praises.

This company did the rough and finish electrical for our entire community(no other electrical contractors or subcontractors were involved). They used the stab connectors for all the outlets and switches. Is this allowed by code? Unfortunately yes. Is this recommended? Absolutely not by even a single, self-respecting electrician. This is completely unacceptable and nothing but pure laziness on their part. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this.

I called Diamond Electric on a Friday morning, in a panic. My home was completely without power and I was home alone with a baby. Not only did he find the parts I needed and show up the same day, he helped me escalate my case with WE Energies (I live in a remote area and they didn't want to restore my power without having a building inspector come out).

Multiple issues in my new home. 3 way switches not working correctly. A ceiling fan that without power. Switch and outlets that worked but were visually unexceptable. Low voltage transformers placed on the wall of our walk in pantry above the mini fridge. Even right now our radon system never got wired so it is unplugged. Yard lamp fell over. A romex that runs over 10 feet without staples.

Most things were fixed but with an attitude.

Basically, no attention to detail. The only positive is the J box wiring was very nicely done.
