Let me tell you these are some of the kindest and outgoing people that I have seen in customer service in a long time Sam was excellent today and pointing me in the right direction of a surge protector for my house as well as wiring an outlet for a stove for me downstairs and adding it to the circuit breaker. Kind gentleman and very knowledgeable and most appreciative of that pray that his supervisor sees this and gives him a good pat on the back as he deserves it! I used to work in customer service myself and people is kind and as knowledgeable as Sam was a rare in today's world thank you again for all your help and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future
