Our dishwasher had started on fire. I went to Handy Appliance to replace it. The very helpful man there asked me what kind it was. Then he informed me that it had been part of a recall. He gave me the number to call and we are working on getting it replaced. So very grateful for the heads up! Especially since the holidays are so close. The expense would have been devastating. THANK YOU❣

I had these guys stop out to repair a gas dryer that wasn't drying the clothes properly. The technician was not on time, I understand these guys are busy but a courtesy call would have been appreciated. My biggest complaint is the whole "diagnosis", they charged me 63.30 to come out to tell me the dryer needed a new igniter, they didn't have the part in the truck. Laundry is piled up and honestly I needed a running dryer. Then the technician tells me if I come in to the store and bought a new dryer from them they'd haul away the old one and credit me part of the service call, sounds great right? I went into the store and see an area filled with dozens of peoples old appliances that they are selling. Take from that what you want but I ended up calling another company and had the dryer fixed in less than 30 minutes for just under 100$
