The service and attention we received was extraordinary. We called at 9:30 pm about the damage and they were out ASAP. The actual clean up and check ins were efficient and they were open and available for questions that came up.

I would recommend working with Jim and Cynthia. They are both understanding individuals and work quickly to get the job done. They genuinely want constructive feedback so that they continue improving the customer experience.

We had our sewer back up into our basement and PCR was a phone call away. Jim brought over his equipment to clean, dry and disinfect our basement floor. He gave us some great advice on how to move forward and was very diligent in his follow-through to resolution. We would highly recommend PCR for sewer backup restoration.

Unfinished areas of basement had bad rodent infestation. Jim and Precision Cleaning & Restoration responded promptly to survey the problem. He listened to my concerns and quickly developed a plan to remediate the problem. Proposed quote was half of what others had proposed. I was under a timeline and they scheduled a date quickly. They removed old insulation, cleaned and disinfected the entire basement (including sump pump well) and installed new insulation. The basement looked clean enough to eat in when they were done! Jim had even cleaned and disinfected areas not requested in the original proposal and Jim refused extra compensation for going above and beyond! I will call them in a heartbeat if I have any cleanup issues in the future! Highly recommended!!

I have used PC & R for a number of years for daily cleaning of my office building as well full sweep deep cleaning (floors, walls, windows, blinds, etc.) of spaces prior to occupancy by a new tenant.
Recently I had an unfortunate flooding of a tenants space. I called PC & R and they were on site within an hour, spent the whole day at the site, setting up water removal and removing hundreds of square feet of wet drywall. I would recommend their services to anyone

I needed my carpets cleaned as soon as possible. Precision had an opening in the afternoon. I was so lucky. My living room carpet looks years newer. Also had a three season room and a den. Everything looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company. It is the best I have ever had.

We are so pleased with the service we get from Precision Carpet Cleaning. Always prompt and reliable, they make carpet cleaning easy on us and not the ordeal it’s been with others. Our two small dogs sometime give carpet cleaners an extra challenge but Precision is up to it every time. When they leave, the house is already back in order with a fresh, clean feel that lasts until our next call to Precision.

We planned to hire Madtown Professional Cleaning Services to clean our rental property after the tenants moved out, but didn't send up needing their services. However, in communicating with this company, they were professional, courteous, quick to respond and flexible. The next time we need a professional cleaner, I'll hire Madtown without hesitation.

Our house was cleaned thoroughly the first time Madtown was here. After that, the cleaning people whipped through the house as fast as possible, leaving many things undone that were listed as a provided service - wiping tables to get rings off, cleaning fingerprints off of cupboard doors, mopping floors including corners of rooms, dusting windowsills etc. Finally, the last time they were here, I dusted the stairs and bedroom doors after they left to see whether they had been cleaned- see attached photo. Our last cleaning person was with us for 15 years so this has come as a big surprise and disappointment.
