We have been incredibly happy with H&R Quality Cleaning ever since we moved to Wisconsin in September and requested their services. They sent some different options for the first cleanings, but we have adapted very well to Guadeloupe. She is incredibly kind and personable and it is always a pleasure to welcome her to our home. Most importantly, she does a wonderful job! Very punctual and professional. She always reassures us that we come home with a clean house. Thank you very much Guadalupe, and we hope to see you again!

We typically do not like spending money on non-critical costs such as outsourcing house cleaning, but free time has been hard to come by and the house needed a more thorough cleaning than our superficial day to day cleaning. We are very happy with the result of the cleaning and feel it was money well spent. Lupita and her team were friendly, thorough, and efficient. It felt great to walk in the house after a long day of work and immediately recognize the cleanliness. We highly recommend using their services for anyone looking to outsource cleaning.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME hiring this cleaning service company! I scheduled a cleaning service and got a confirmation from Lupita about her services and the day of cleaning, she cancelled, because she didn’t receive the address when I sent her the address the day before! She just “thought” that I didn’t need her services anymore, didn’t make contact with me to cancel but just cancelled it THE DAY OF! Didn’t bother following up for the information that she needed if she needed it, but just made new plans for the day that I booked with her! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and energy in booking with this company. I could have booked other cleaners if she informed me that SHE CANCELLED MY BOOKING!

I will not be using Green Window Cleaning Services again, and unless you have the time to make sure they actually do the job I do not recommend that you do either.

The one good thing that I can say to their credit (and the reason I'm not leaving a 1-star review) is that they did make the situation right in the end. That said, working with them was not worth the time it took to project manage their people on what should be very straight forward work.

It took multiple visits from their technicians to actually clean my gutters because I was not willing to accept leaving the debris from the gutter on the roof directly above the gutter as "cleaned". The technician also broke one of my window screens and thought it would be sufficient to tell his boss about it. When I called to let them know that I wouldn't be paying my invoice until it was addressed they were unable to come up with an idea on their own re: how they could fix it. I offered two solutions, replace the screen, or discount their services by the price I would pay to replace the screen. They chose the former and several weeks later I have a new screen and their invoice is paid.

It was definitely worth paying Green Window Cleaning Service to have our glass balcony and windows cleaned. We are on the 9th floor and the windows are floor to ceiling. They were on time, it was so fast and the windows still look great and no streaks!

Very timely, quickly got our windows washed, and did a few extra things for us. We have used their services for a number of years and will continue to.

The company was very easy to communicate with and very prompt with their quote and emails. The job itself appeared very thoroughly done. There was no damage to the house, they moved items out of their way with care, and the whole house, windows especially, were sparklingly clean. I didn't price shop for this service as I normally would because the company was highly recommended by a friend but I felt the cost was a value for the service we received.

Very easy from start to finish. Heather was very pleasant and the crew of guys did a fantastic job cleaning the house and windows. It looks like new! They were all very friendly and respectful to my mom who was present for the work and I would definitely recommend this company.

Green Window Cleaning Services are doing the windows in the high rise apt building that I live in. I asked them to clean our balcony glass as an extra service. They were very responsive to my many questions over email and they did a great job cleaning the balcony glass. They even took the time and care to move my planter boxes. Would highly recommend!

The team did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out! They were communicative and easy to work with. Windows look great and are spotless. Only qualm is that some of the interior sills could have been a bit cleaner. Would hire them again, though!

We needed next day service to get our windows cleaned, as we are preparing to put our house on the market, and pictures were scheduled for the following day. I put a request in after business hours via their website, and when I got up the next morning there was a response in my email. Within an hour I had an estimate, and Dan showed up to do the job by 11:45. He was very pleasant, explained his process thoroughly and did a great job! Highly recommended!

When asked to do sills of crank out windows, they took exceptional cleaning. The best cleaning of sills, getting into all the cracks they could.

Our crew, gal and guy, did a very nice job with not only cleaning windows and seven skylights in and out on our two story home-and cleaned our gutter system and made sure all were draining properly. we are on a lake so that side of the house is pretty much all windows, ground to second story eaves
