First time using and had a great experience! No cold air and Mack quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. Bought house a few years ago and was the first issue with HVAC and will be using them again if/when future issues happen.

Seasonal Survival was on-time, efficient, and helpful. Mack explained the reading numbers and answered my "new-homeowner" questions. Their prices were competitive with other HVAC businesses in the area. I'm left with peace-of-mind going into a Wisconsin winter with my furnace and there's no price on that!

My friend called them to look at a similar problem they had with their HVAC last year. Last year when this company fixed the issue the cost was less than $200. However this year they wanted to charge over twice that amount (over $400) for the same service. When asked if they could negotiate the pricing the guy rudely said no and to not be contacted again for repair service then walked away and didn't return. That was not only rude but left us with no explanation of what was wrong or alternate ways to fix the issue. Needless to say we won't be using this company again and don't recommend anyone to use it either.
