Today is March 23rd 2018 and I had three 60 foot pine trees removed today by Fox Hole Site Services. I was impressed with the job that they did. In fact they actually exceeded my expectations. By the time they were done it didn't even look like I ever had any trees in my yard in the first place. They were prompt courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They also did not break the bank as far as what they charged. I would use them again and I also recommend them.

Chad and team impressively removed two large oak trees ahead of schedule, working diligently even in heavy rain. They did an amazing job for an amazing price. We would certainly contact them for any future tree removal needs.

I had a monster Maple that Chad and his crew took down very well. Timely and polite. The contract indicated i would be able to drive over the stump. (They dont include stump grinding)
Unfortunately a lifted four wheel drive could not drive over the stump. Tree removal was very good the promise of finished product was very misleading.

Creative Touch and William Bunton, unfortunately bit off more than I feel they could chew with our project. We were working with new construction and looking to have a retaining wall built, top soil spread and seed planted. We were initially told 3-4 weeks for completion, they were onsite for closer to 8 weeks. The retaining wall was a nightmare and honestly I am hoping it does not have to be rebuilt in a few years. One installer was let go about 1/2 way through the retaining wall build, the wall was partially taken down and re built on more than one occasion. The corners of the wall were going to be finished with block that was no more than 1/4" thick until I said something about that being unacceptable, knowing that in freeze thaw conditions the concrete would get blown out. The wall is done, but I do not have much faith in it. His crew on more than one occasion were doing much more shovel leaning, than actual using, which is money I am paying and not getting results. I will say some of his employees stayed after hours to work on making up time, but having your girlfriend sitting on the back retaining wall of a clients house eating dinner was a little odd. Material estimates for top soil were well off, costs kept going up along with frustration. They finally got everything done with the exception of back filling along the drive way. The agreement was for them to come back after the drive was poured, once it was done we let them know, weeks passed, month and a half passed. It was stated via text that he felt we were displeased with the work up to that time and he was going to put our project off until Spring. Typically, if I have a frustrated customer I do EVERYTHING I can to please them, not put them off, we stated our displeasure, the work got done and they left the site. We have a significant amount of work that was going to get done this year, but they will not be invited back on site for any of it. They might be fine at smaller projects, but nothing too large. If i did not have a background in architecture and construction I am relatively scared as to what I would have gotten in the end. Highly recommended!!! We used Creative Touch Landscaping to finish grading, install a few install a few trees, bury downspouts and install Sod. Within a week of contacting them Tim came out we talked through what we were looking to have done and we had an estimate in our hands a couple days later. The the following week they were here to complete the work. They are super friendly and more importantly get the job done and done great. They were professional and asked for our feedback throughout the project. They were reasonably priced and didn’t try to get us to do more than what we were looking for to have done.

We purchased a new spec home and contacted Creative Touch Landscaping to do the final grading of our lot, spread top soil and seed a new lawn. We could not be happier that we did! Two of our neighbors had their lawns put in by a different company a few weeks before we did. In comparison to theirs, our lawn came in more quickly, more fully and without weeds. One of these neighbors even stopped by to comment on what an awesome job our landscaper had done. It was truly a pleasure working with Bill and his crew from start to finish. They are true professionals, were always quick to answer any questions we had along the way and continually went above and beyond to ensure lasting, quality results. Here we are at the end of the summer enjoying our beautiful established lawn all thanks to Creative Touch Landscaping!

We would highly recommend Creative Touch Landscape Service. We contracted them to complete our patio project when we were unable to do so ourselves. They went above and beyond what was expected and we love our new patio! Will and Tim were great to work with and so friendly and helpful. The estimate process was easy and they arrived on time and finished the job as requested. They even provided some additional tips and recommendations for the area surrounding the patio! We would definitely use them again if needed and recommend others take advantage of their services!
