We were having freezer issues, called 18 appliance service listings in our area. None had availability for next 4-14 days. One guy told us it's not worth repair, buy a new one. (Freezer is 3 yrs old). Adams Appliance returned our call within an hour, was at our house 4 hrs later, freezer was repaired 15 min later - all for a reasonable price. His business card is now taped to our freezer door and he'll be our go-to appliance repair man from now on.

Jerry came the same day and had my replacement Amana refrigerator ice maker in his truck. He used to work for Sears and knows his stuff, told us to clean the refrigerator where it hits the gaskets so not to ruin them and have to spend more money. If I need future service on our dishwasher, oven or washer and dryer, I'll call him.

Very happy with the service provided by Jerry Adams. He was quick to respond, was able to get us scheduled the next day to look at the problem, ordered the part needed, and installed it the same day he received it. I thought the labor and parts charges were very reasonable and I would not hesistate to call him again if I need to again. Definitely recommended!
