Brennan did a great job today and was very thorough. With having pets, he made to sure properly place the lawn tags for visibility.

I had scheduled some de-thatching work to be done. I knew my lawn needed some work since we've never had this done before and I'm sure the previous owners hadn't either. I'm ecstatic about how it looks now. The difference is night and day. I'll be using Keyman and crew for some fall aeration too!

Heather did a thorough job feeding and weeding our lawn. She answered all my questions and took the initiative to use starter fertilizer in areas where the grass is very thin. We have been very happy with the lawn care service.

Brennan applied what we needed on our lawn. I was working out in the yard and had a hose out that blocked the entrance for his truck. He kindly came and checked with me to see if I wanted to move it or if I was okay with him driving over it. He was friendly and professional.

5 stars all the way! My tree care tech “Doug Princl” does an amazing job every time. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The trees look great! Highly recommend “Keyman Lawn Care”to anyone looking for quality tree care!

Taylor went out of his way to help us, even though he was busy snow plowing. Taylor and Lisa have been very generous to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church by donating services.

They provide good service once you actually get them to come out, however, their customer service up until this point is dismal. They don’t call you back, they are delayed in getting the job scheduled, they give you timelines to start that they can’t meet, and do not provide updates. I would look elsewhere,

Came and took down a tree that was dying and threatening to fall into our home. Removed the tree, left firewood, ground down the stump and seeded the area. They were professional, accommodating, and did great work. Very reasonable prices. Would 100% use again.

Be leery of doing business with Glacier Landscape in Verona. While there are always two sides to a story, we believe this business is unreliable and unable to build relationships with their clients. When we confronted the owner of this company about our concerns, we were faced with defensiveness, excuses, lies about agreed to deadlines. We were abruptly abandoned and left with a breach of contract. Despite having a frank and open discussion at the onset of our business with the vice-president about our need for open communication, we struggled multiple times to get updates on scheduling. We tried to reconcile with the owner several times after the initial confrontation to only be told to not come to the business, that we had threatened their employees (we did not), not to call the business, and that our deposit would only be returned less any balance we currently owed on other contracts with Glacier – leaving us immediately with an incomplete project and no lawncare.

Glacier landscape provided fast, efficient service to provide a stopgap measure for flood mitigation. We are deeply grateful. We only waited a few days to have an on-site assessment of the work with a landscape architect. Then the architect was able to expedite the work and have it completed after just one business day. They helped compensate for a long-standing delay at the HOA. Their excellent service will sustain us until we get the full landscaping done next spring. Thank you!
