Like the best auto repair shops, the very best contractors will happily tell their customers when they really DON'T need to spend a lot of money. Scott gave me an expert second opinion after another company told that our roof could use a complete replacement. I'm so glad I called Craftsman Exteriors before I spent $20,000 to replace a roof that is many years newer and in much better shape than I'd thought (which I was able to confirm after the fact with our homeowners insurance - the roof was replaced in 2019, not almost 20 years earlier). I'm beyond relieved and grateful.

I will absolutely contact Craftsman Exteriors first for any future repair or replacement needs, and I'd encourage anyone to schedule a consultation if you have a major project - especially if you're looking for a truthful second opinion.

Craftsman Exteriors came recommended by our realtor to replace our roof. Scott came over and explained the whole process and what we could expect and helped us make an informed decision about what kind of material to use on our roof as well as color choices. Scott was not pushy nor did they try to upsell us on things we didn't need. They just helped guide us through our roof replacement, answered our questions, and were willing to be flexible to fit our circumstances. Scott was patient, well mannered, and communicative. My interaction with Scott was ultimately one of the reasons why we chose Craftsman Exteriors over the other two companies we got quotes from.

They estimated 2-3 weeks out for install and they were right on target with their estimate. On the day of the install the work crew showed up on time at 6:30 am and was courteous and worked quickly to get our old asphalt shingle roof completely stripped off and the new one laid down in a single day. We woke up with the old roof and went to sleep with the new. The crew seemed competent and well mannered. They worked quickly and fully cleaned up when they were done. I also listened to their nailing and they do use 6 nails per shingle as recommended for wind resistance. Generally watching them do their job I was not left wondering about the quality of their craftsmanship. Time will ultimately tell the truth on that front of course but Craftsman Exteriors also offers a warranty on their labor in addition to the warranty from the shingle manufacturer.

It was pleasant to work with Craftsman Exteriors and I would be willing to have them do other work on our home if need be in the future.

We had a window replaced on our bedroom. Everyone was an expert from the sales team to the install team. They even fixed our front door lock when they noticed an issue, which wasn't on the contract!

Very prompt service. Company workers were efficient and quick in completing roofing job. did a great job in cleaning up all the debris and nails from the roof.

Craftsman Exteriors also has proprietary portal to quickly and efficiently to allow a customer to review a quote, ask questions about the job, as well as submit payment.

Pressman’s put a new roof on our house. The job they did was wonderful. They were very conscious of our items that the shingles might fall on. I would recommend them as a reliable business. That does a great job.

Great service and result. The team had our roof demo’d, multiple 4x8 sheathing sheets replaced, and the new roof completely installed in 1 day! They tarped off around the house so no damage was caused by debris. We did find a few nails in our yard, but given the amount used on a roof, I’m surprised it wasn’t more. All other debris was cleaned up and hauled off. Would highly recommend.

Craftsman Exteriors has performed substandard work on our flat roof. They attempted to fix their initial poor installation from August 25th to 30th, 2023, on October 28th and 29th, 2023, after failed a partial city inspections due to substandard craftsmanship during installation. Critical issues persisted after their second installation, such as:

- Continual Leak Around Water Heater Vent: Despite their efforts, the persistent leak has led to consequential water damage in the surrounding area and inside of our home.
- Poor Installation Around Fireplace and Electrical Pole Vents: -- --- Inadequate sealing has potential for moisture and air intrusion, demanding immediate repair to prevent further damage.
- Ponding Water and Damaged Gutters: Significant ponding of water on the roof indicates improper drainage, coupled with damaged gutters and insufficient support.

Craftsman Exteriors' inability to address these concerns after multiple attempts to contact them (on November 8th, 9th, 10th, 17th, 21st, 27th, 28th, and 30th, 2023) has led to unresolved issues. Their disregard for industry standards and failure to rectify issues, even after a failed city inspection, is concerning.

We are deeply disappointed by their unresponsiveness in fixing these construction deficiencies, and it raises serious questions about their professionalism and adherence to regulations.

Scott was professional and very responsive with all my questions. The crew did a great job with replacing our roof and protected by using tarp all around our house while they worked. They also made sure to clean up after the work was completed and even using a magnet to check for nails in the grass. I would highly recommend using them for your next roofing job. Thanks again! Well folks if your looking for a Top Notch Company for your Home Exterior needs, contact Craftsman Exteriors. We were planning for a new roof for quite some time, received multiple bids and came upon Craftsman. No pressure, an absolute please to work with and to top it off a great price.

Craftsman worked with us for the project timing, and when the time came, the crew arrived and by the end of the day... yes.. One Day, the job was complete! Great crew, and it was a pleasure to see and meet the Hard Working Crew. Ambient temperatures started out at 76 deg in the morning and climbed to 94, which meant the roof was over 100 deg!

The work was as outstanding as the clean up! As a former business owner I more than appreciate a Job Well Done!

Scott, Rick and team were great to work with. We got a quote immediately from them. They gave us the best rate (out of 6 quotes). After we got the quote, we had some really windy days that blew shingles off our roof and we had some rain coming. Had to take down my previous positive review. I couldn't get a hold of Scott about a potential issue with our roof (we found the issue). I then tried to contact him about our windows with air leaks (2 of them). No answer. I eventually commented on one of his ads on Facebook. He had someone contact me and then the man came to our house and told us basically, "Well, slider windows always leak. We can install something to help the leaking." He said in a few weeks. That was over a year ago. After a month I asked him again and he said they are busy. Nothing. I also was just now wondering why I don't get ads from his company on Facebook anymore, and I couldn't find it on the search. My wife found it, sent me the link. It didn't open from my profile because they BLOCKED me because I had asked for help with my leaking windows. Oh yeah, everything is guaranteed, yeah yeah, of course. Just sign right here.

Just had Craftsman Exteriors replace all our windows and install a new sliding door. The windows and door look perfect. Scott worked closely with us, making suggestions when we were deciding on the best windows for our style and budget. He also came to our house throughout the installation process. Scott is great. Highly recommend Craftsman Exteriors.

Had a great experience with Scott and our new roof! He came out and could give us a quote the same day and was transparent about the process. He also didn’t try to oversell when certain up grades weren’t necessary. He helped juggle the solar panel removal so material delivery wouldn’t interfere with the process. The install crew arrived promptly on the install day and were very cognizant of anyone coming/going from the house. They also did a good job with cleanup! Overall, extremely pleased with our new roof!

I was told to make an insurance claim according to Scott. I feel he lead me in the wrong direction. It was denied and I had to retract my claim. I'll need it replaced in the coming years and won't be using them because now I don't trust them. I hired a home inspector and he said he was just trying to make money obviously. I'm not impressed. Oh and I originally called for a bid on something entirely different which was never addressed! Do better.
