Great communication, timely and good, quality work!

Communication was great! We discussed my plans, and I was offered suggestions and alternatives. I gave my wish list of projects and we negotiated the list down to where my budget would allow ( with additional projects to occur next spring). Pricing was reasonable. They removed a dilapidated split rail fence, tied and staked an arbor vitae that had split, and removed an overgrown dogwood. Very flexible on timing of project. I will definitely have them back to do more work!

Chris our landscaper tackled a very over grown border area in my pond area. He conquered the tall weeds and thinned the plantings. It looks great now with ground cloth and mulch. He's not afraid to work hard and likes what he does. I'm looking forward to having my front area done next.

Chris did some long overdue cleanup in a planting bed at my mom's house. He removed a large, overgrown shrub that was taking over the yard, removed the weeds, and was careful to keep the perennials. It looks beautiful again. Chris had an easy process for a quote and good communication.

I had occasion to locate a flier for Chris that was left in my mailbox. On review, I noted that Chris was willing to do the much needed landscaping work around my home involving the removal of my horrible stone beds around the house and my deck. Chris immediately agreed to give me a quote for the anticipated work. On receipt and acceptance of the quote, work was initiated in very short order. The job took five days. There is only one thing to say that describes the job, OUTSTANDING! The quality of work is unparalleled and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Normally I don’t write a review for any reason. However, I feel so compelled to write one for this company. Chris did an outstanding job on my landscaping needs. He had many great ideas but was very concerned with what I wanted as a customer. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the landscaping business and products that are being used in today’s market. I have had neighbors so impressed with what Ruszkiewicz Landscaping did on my project that they also hired Chris for their landscaping project. My daughter will also be having major landscaping work done by them this fall. Chris is a very hard worker and very reasonably priced. I assure you that if you hire Ruszkiewicz Landscaping you won’t be disappointed. I would like to mention one other thing. The owner Chris is a very kind and considerate young man with not only high work ethics but even higher morals and Christian principles.

My dad hired North Lake Landscaping to do a lot of odds and ends. They were prompt and did an awesome job! The mulch, topsoil, and weeding they did made the house look better than it has in years! Would highly recommend them!!!!

I would highly recommend Chris at North Lake Landscaping! Very easy to work with, great communication. I just love how he brought my front landscaping to life again. And it was done in a timely manner, and he cleaned everything up and left it beautiful!!

Where do I begin...
When we called for a consult, Chris got back to us right away, where others took weeks to return calls. He then came out that week, measured everything and got us a drawing and quote.
Once we signed on for the project, Chris and his guy showed up on time and got to work. By the time the day ended, not only were we so happy with the results, but they cleaned up everything from our sidewalk to the road where the water ran off!
You can tell Chris takes pride in his work! We will be singing his praises to anyone who will listen and definitely be contacting him for any future projects!

I can’t say enough great things about working with Chris and North Lake Landscaping. We had a small fenced in area off the back of our house for our dogs but over time they destroyed the grass and it would get very muddy with any rain. I inquired about turning the area into an actual dog run with pea gravel and Chris responded to the online request very quickly. He then came out to our house to look at the area and make recommendations and later that evening sent a quote via email. We felt the price was fair and agreed that the work could start as soon as the weather cooperated. Chris and his parter were able to get the job done in one day and it’s exactly what we were looking for. We are thinking of making some other landscaping updates to the yard and won’t hesitate to reach out to Chris again in the future.

Chris tore out several existing retaining walls and all of the plants from our gardens along the front of our home. He then worked with us to create a new landscape design. This was very impressive as he had drawn everything up and submitted a very professional design to us in a timely manner. We made a few changes and he delivered on the installation. We really enjoy the look of the finished job!

What I feel separates Chris from many other landscape companies I've worked with is that we really could see that he cared about the details. The yard was cleaned up each day that he worked at our home. He went the extra mile and added little things that we didn't even expect.

Chris provided our subdivision common areas with wood chip renewal. He was easy to communicate with, incorporated our requests and was very timely in completing the job.

Chris and his team were fantastic to work with. North Lake Landscaping came as a recommendation to us, so we reached out with a general idea of what we were looking for and Chris took the time to come look at our space, discuss our options, and then went back and forth with us on tree selections until we had it figured out exactly what we wanted that would work with the space itself. The communication was wonderful, and most important of all, we're very happy with how the project turned out! Everything looks so good.

We had an outstanding experience with Chris. He listened carefully to what I wanted done and also made suggestions along the way. He rebuilt the wall that was collapsing and made sure there was now correct drainage and fill. He took what was an overgrown, chaotic mess of planting and chose shrubs and flowers that compliment the space.
He was extremely respectful of our property and left everything clean and neat at the completion of the job. This whole project from destruction of the wall, clearing all the old plants, adding stone, geogrid, topsoil, rebuilding the wall, and replanting took only 3 days with Chris and Ross. Don't believe what you hear about young people. These guys hustle and work really hard!
The biggest compliment I can give him is that I am having him quote me on the next landscaping project we need done.

I highly recommend North Lake Landscaping!! They helped us with a raised bed where I had removed large overgrown junipers which were entangled with vines (see before pic). We had a general idea of what we wanted for that space. Chris listened to our ideas and offered insightful recommendations based on his experience while working within our budget and timeframe. Chris and Ryan took great care as they worked to remove the stumps and vines, and plant new evergreens and cover with river rock. We are extremely happy with the end product and appreciate the guidance and recommendations offered throughout. We will not hesitate to use their services for additional landscaping projects in the near future!
