Sent a message on their Facebook page inquiring about coming to my home for an estimate on a deep clean, received no response. They only responded after I messaged again two times and they then replied with an excuse that they don't get notifications on their phone. What's the point of advertising on Facebook if you don't communicate via that medium. New customer lost.

The rivers edge cleaning team was amazing! My house was left spotless, their attention to detail was absolutely incredible. Not to mention my home had the freshly clean scent that everyone loves.

I hired Rivers edge to deep clean a house my husband and I bought before moving in. I don’t even know where to begin…Tracy sent a move in check list prior to to the clean with everything they do for a deep clean. A LOT of items on the list were not completed. The house was just as filthy when they finished. The staff was VERY rushed and wanted to get out of there as fast as they could. If it wasn’t reachable, it wasn’t cleaned. Cobwebs were still EVERYWHERE in the house even though someone even “cleaned” for them. Baseboards and doors were still dusty, closets not wiped down, vanity in basement bathroom not wiped down inside or out, windows still had bugs in them, dog food crumbs still in cabinets, washer and dryer were never cleaned behind after I specifically mentioned it and the list goes on and on. My mother in law had to reclean the entire house. Do not waste your money with this company. I reached out to Tracy as well expressing my disappointment and she never responded.
