Plumbing reviews in Watertown, Wisconsin

Very pleased with the service. Rick was on time, very professional and helpful. He did a great job and I replaced my previous plumber card with R Plumbing on my refrigerator to call again. I would also recommend to all of my neighbors. Great Job!!!

Ryan responded to my call immediately; our community was devastated with severe flooding. He assessed my needs, and provided options at fair pricing. Scheduled work within 24 hours. His service reps; Mitch & Jerry arrived on time; ahead of schedule ! Got right to work. Explained everything they did so I knew how my new pump would operate. Outstanding work ! Highly recommend RPLUMBING ! Thank you !

The plumber was very nice. He didn't do the camera check, I didn't know if he was supposed to or not. He ran water and said drains looked ok. If he was supposed to do camera he can come back k.

This was the 2nd time I’ve used R Plumbing in the last 4 years and both time they were excellent! They were able to get here the same day and arrived when they said they would. Got the clogged drains freed up in no time. Highly recommend!!

Great service replacing our water softener, hot water heater and old plumbing lines after city replaced our lateral. Spent over an hour during initial visit clarifying services needed and options available, and was then able to get a full crew in to do all the work in just a day. Fun to work with too!

Repairl of outside faucet and indoor pipe replacement done same day .Was given approximate time of arrival and email when on the way .Was made aware of repairs that were needed and given options for payment.
Repairs were done in a timely manner and area clean of debris. Very pleased with timely workmanship.

Experience was great. I hired them to do a complete rebuild of my sewage ejector system. Mitch and Jerry showed up on time. Laid down drop cloths to protect my floor and keep my home clean. The workmanship was done correctly and I’m very satisfied. I would recommend and be happy to hire them again.

Same day service. Arrived when scheduled. Super personable crew. Quck installation and left the place looking better than they found it. Extremely happy with the work done and the knowledge and understanding of the crew. Ryan was fantastic and I am grateful this is the company I ended up going with. They even gave me pointers on the current plumbing system and improved water flow on the wash basin at no extra charge. Will definitely be recommending this company and using them on future projects.
